The problem with those instances is that by playing on he's tried to get up but instantly winced when putting pressure on it.
It's not like he's not hurt himself. If it's an outfield player they can just stay down but I didn't like watching the replay of him trying to get up because he's the keeper.

This team under Slot make nothing easy. That game should have been easy at 2-0. No real issue with Palace goal other than the absolute gulf of space in our midfield in the build up to it.
