Prima Facie sold out in about four minutes. I know it was the Gaiety but I was surprised with no queue or waiting room.

Good to hear thanks.
David Essex in Vicar Street, 19 Nov
Love both of those albums. The new track sounds great as well.
Fingers crossed we get something for the summer.
They are class live, well worth a look. Saw them supporting Chalk and they were better than them on the night.
WU LYF back, Button Factory, 15th Sept. I found their Borderline set a bit disappointing but someone here said the Bello Bar gig was good...
PRESALE 22 APRIL 11.11
GENERAL SALE 24 APRIL 11.11
Amber Mark cancelled in Academy this Friday. Apparently illness related, but (without information) I'd say tickets just didn't sell. Shame as her album last year's good and a couple of songs there that with right exposure could've done very well.
Enter Shikari’s gig tonight is cancelled
US dates only unfortunately
Big Thief are playing in Dolans for whoever was wondering about that reddit rumour of them playing Limerick
She posted this on her story, all UK and Ireland shows are cancelled
Ah balls, was looking forward to this so much 😢
I never got sent the email or at least assumed I was subscribed.
Apparently a presale already. Been to numerous of the previous special events including the last anniversary milestone. I was hoping they'd mark 'The Divine Conspiracy' turning 20 in some shape or form.
Amsterdam is a right fund drainer more than ever now though.
As an example of the creative accounting that Livenation desperately tried to conceal.
Big Thief playing Dolans April 28th
Probably will sell out pretty quickly. Ive tickets for Dublin gig but would be much handier getting ip and down to Limerick so here is hoping
same! 🥲 hopefully the rescheduled date isn’t too far away.
Will fly out. Wonder why it was announced so last minute. Still plenty of tickets for 3Arena
You answered your own question lol
Probably didnt want to reduce Dublin sales if announced earlier.
Dolans is a drop in the ocean compared to 3Arena though. And still selling tickets either way for a gig. You'd feel for anyone from or near Limerick who got tickets and is heading up to Dublin especially but guess they can always go to both
380 tickets is still a decent chunk on a reduced capacity 3 arena.
Just wondering how Momentum Festival in Oranmore, Co Galway is doing on the ticket front its almost upon us here, line up doesn't do much for me, maybe the Bank Holiday Monday probably has the most interesting line up.
I have tickets to Mel C/Sophie and the Giants at the Olympia on Oct 18th. Tickets don't sell well (plenty of circle tickets available for the 2nd and 3rd row, etc). This usually means the gig gets moved to the Academy. However, just this week Dan Whitlam has been announced to play the main room at the Academy on that date. What will happen to the Mel C gig then? Cancelled or moved to the Academy on a different date?
it’s 6 months away. Why are you worried? it will be kept on in the Olympia. Upper circle will be closed off and MCD will give tons of tickets away in radio competitions and freebies to people to make it busy.
Years ago (maybe 10?) when she played the Olympia, it also sold poorly and they gave plenty of free tickets closer to the time. That's how I saw her, and honestly I was quite impressed.
The quieter the gig the better less hassle for the amenities etc
