They will appeal to get some media attention that Mammy craves, have got nothing the last two weeks and Enoch gone quite and no court dates to make a scene. The Judge has slowly taken them out of the limelight and closing off the court appearances. They have to travel to the north to try get attention.
Enoch will have an appeals court hearing next week on his late appeal challenging Judge Owens ruling of May 2023. Apparently he is appealing her ruling and order of that month that the school had validly suspended Enoch from his teaching position and ordered him not to attend at the school.

Relying on F/B for this information, it seems EB is an author of at least one book [Pied Piper] on what is claimed are matters of faith, printed in the UK & published ten years back. The script on outer back cover claims he preaches at the local church and has taught at 2nd level for over ten years. EB received assistance from Josiah and the family publishing Co on the book.
I haven't read nor purchased the book so don't know it's contents, save that he took issue with a person he identified as John Piper [whom he described in the book contents as a heretic] and Mr Pipers input to Calvinism.
Ref EB's claim to be teaching at 2nd level for over ten years in the book printed in 2017, I do not know if this covers EB's teaching career at WHS.
Maybe when Daniel Kinahan gets extradited back from Dubai in the next few weeks, he should bunk in with Burke. He would most likely purge his contempt fairly sharpish.
