It's not there is a road at the side of the site for the three houses beside the plot.
I presume most of the "artwork" will be taken out by the seller. It would probably look more spacious if it was removed from the photos. Is that the current owner in photo 2? Or do they come with the property?
No photos of the bathroom or bathrooms either, so not sure if they would be what you would expect in a 900k property.

Problem is that you're a car journey away from everything and anything, even a bus stop, and if you're into more isolated living theres far better value a few miles down the road.
to be fair it still looks like that from the road. not a huge fan of dermot bannon type extensions but they seem to have done a good job with this one.
Yeah, looks like a very nice job. The boxes are stuck on to provide space, but completely hidden from the road. As usual, the photos make it look like a huge place but it is still quite compact.
well clearly they dont. Ultimately its a remote house on the outskirts of tallaght not many people will be willing to spend 7 figures on that.

Hard to judge what the rooms are like, with the stretched photos - the chair in photo 18 is almost the width of the bed.
Most peculiar layout - 4 living rooms, 2 utility rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one shower room, one downstairs WC.

Very minimal work carried out on the property shots. Perspective has been corrected, blue skies added, and a range of small clean ups completed throughout with whitening and exposure. The fire has also been lit to enhance the overall feel. If you compare with the video, you’ll see it remains very true to reality, just presented in a cleaner, more polished way in the stills.

So much carpet… Even the fecking boiler room is carpeted according to the description. Also an impressively…eclectic collection of leftover furniture (almost as varied as the fenestration on the front facade! 😄 ).
Inside is in better condition than I thought it would be after starting with the outdoor pics with gutter hanging down and stains on the paint work.
