Haven't had these for ages! Where you get them from? Looks great!
Quick wild garlic pesto pasta with some shredded chicken breast. Cat hair and crispy breadcrump topping.
Thai Yellow Curry & overcooked rice 🫤. That's how I managed to get that dome when normally my rice doesn't ever hold that shape.
Chicken, carrot, courgette & broccoli.
(I think I took the pic on landscape & I don't know how to change it😅)
Just from Dunnes Stores. €4.25 a net, I used 2.
No idea what to call this but it's potato gratin with added onions, mushrooms and tomato stuck in the air fryer.
you are v resourceful! cool
Nutty chickpea curry delightfully presented with spoon and kitchen roll 🤣
No shadows!
Bolognese Cannelloni (in place of jumbo pasta shells that I can't find).
All that effort of stuffing them & it tasted just like lasagne. I don't know why I expected round tubes of pasta to taste any different to flat sheets of pasta 🤔..
But my Cannelloni lasagne was very satisfying
I made sure to take this pic in the same spot 😄
Beef stroganoff with rice
I still can't find the spot ☹️.
Pork belly.
A few bits of a caesar wrap for me this evening. Fairly certain I have tonsillitis, so will be ice cream and soft foods for the next few days I think.
....
Mac and cheese with mixed beans. Garlic and tomato bread.
Chicken, leek & cider gratin. Really good

Just checked them out. They certainly look good.
Turkish-spiced chicken with Olive Relish and Flatbreads.
Bought the flatbreads, life’s too short. Olive relish was different, added a nice spicy/salty flavour.

Surprisingly decent Donna meat from the freezer shop and soft pittas.
Veg and smoked tofu stir fry, blackbean and garlic oyster sauce.
Garlic, chilli, olive oil pasta thingy & Aldi's garlic vac pac mussels (takes only 6mins to heat in a pot. Praise the lord for convenience!)
Surprisingly wasn't too garlicy considering. Twas absolutely devoured by all.
(Looks like there's a lot of pasta on the plate but it actually wasn't too much)
Gratin potatoes with extra cheese, broccoli and chicken Kyivs for us this evening. Easy, comforting and little clean up, with zero prep.
is there anyone who doesn't love a bit of garlic gratin
Spuds, carrot, parsnip, cabbage. Loads of butter and a bit of salt and pepper.
