Prima Facie sold out in about four minutes. I know it was the Gaiety but I was surprised with no queue or waiting room.
Worked for me also, thank you!
I take it it's either the artist or bord gais presale?
I bought through the promoter presale, which didn't require a code.
It is possible though that all allocated tickets will be gone by now...
that worked, thank you so much 😊
Have presale code but not showing tickets available?
Ah didn't realise. Any luck via link on artist tour page here? https://link.seated.com/3057dafa-615e-4de4-aa46-2866202b9dba
The anniversary show 10 years ago was one of the best arena shows I've ever seen. Really impressive setup.
Do they still not play Every You Every Me at their gigs? Last time it was played on the PA as the band walked on stage but not during the gig.
three + presale for death cab for cutie
I also got my first ever Spotify presale email for Cardinals, 20th November at Button Factory.
Not that it will sell out immediately, but for anyone interested, the Spotify presale code is Masquerade (the title of their debut album)
Which presale is that?
three presale is on since 10am i can select the tickets no problem but getting this error when i go to check them out, tried on both Pc + phone
Sigur Ros prices as expected when you consider the venue and that they are accompanied by an orchestra
I got a decent stall seat (towards the back) for 117 euro for Sunday. With Sigur Ros I don't feel I really have to be up front. I find that their show becomes much more meaningful from a bit further back.
Thought presale wasn't till tomorrow?
anyone having hassle with death cab for cutie presale? keep getting below error message after selecting tix Sorry, we could not process your request, please try again later.
Error code: U001
Saw premium for 250e. There's 92e and 117e tickets too. Wish they'd just release a price breakdown in advance so people know and can plan ahead
Got 3 Sigur Ros for €92 in the third row of Upper Circle for the Sunday night - will take that.
If I remember correctly was fairly full when they played here a few years ago. Bit of a dodgy start as ge was pissed off with people using phones but once sorted was a great gig
They sell out or get close to evertime they play ireland, massive travelling fanbase and anniversary show.
Bloc party barely sold 4k tickets for the silent alarm show in Dublin on a Friday night, possibly one of the best know indie albums of this century and Interpol are not much more popular these days and also have a massive crossover with Bloc party fans, as much as I like all 3 I ca say there is a definite difference in the placebo fanbase and can see them selling out no problem
You think? I never know these days 🤣
Do you reckon it'll be the full arena? Or curtained off version?
Much more likely to sell out than bloc party and interpol
I will not wallow in nostalgia. I will not wallow in nostalgia. I will not wallow in nostalgia.
"Playing songs from Placebo and Without You I'm Nothing"
Damn 🤣
Surely that doesn't sell out though? I'll actually decide much nearer the time. Two days after Bloc Party/Interpol, I'd imagine those crowds are similar enough
wonder will arcade fire announce a tour also 😂
Fair number at €116 too
Bord Gais Rewards tickets went up at 9am by mistake, they've taken them down now but I got the middle of the front row of the upper for €116, happy with that
Good Stalls and Circle seats for Sigur Rós are €141.20. That doesn't include "premium seating" (likely several rows in the front Stalls) which I expect to be around €170.
The lowest price is the back of the upper circle for €63.95.
Placebo on the 2nd of December.
Stephen Wilson Jr. playing Sligo on 17th October
Yeah I cannot understand the venue choice at all but I'll take it over no gig. It was a 6 or 7 piece band last year, no orchestra
Would he actually play any of the TV or film scores in Opium (isn't that a tiny venue)? I am just picturing a big band/ orchestra for that.
Composer and musician Bear McCreary coming to Dublin in July.
I saw his show last year when it came to Europe and it was fantastic. Plays a good mix of his new heavy rock songs along with his famous work he created for Battlestar Galactica, Homelander and lots of others TV and films.
And Malcolm in the Middle next month!
Probably my 10th time seeing them - but still grabbing tickets.
Gotta try for presale as will be in the air on Friday morning.
EDIR: Urgh.. a Wednesday night.
