As I said, he was poor up front - was just commenting that he was excellent in the 10/15 minutes after getting moved deeper. Because he was. Literally every single attack in that time was driven by him.

There sort of is only one consequence for a manager though, it's not like there can be any incremental steps or anything - you're backed in public until you're sacked. He'll be replaced in the summer.
If they get rid of Slot, then surely Hughes has to go also. After the massive furore we created to get Hughes, I don't think they want to push him out. So Slot will likely stay, unfortunately.
