Now, that's blocked for me. The joys of YT... Anyway, well done for finding it!

Hi NH. There's no images available for that link.
Thanks, they must've removed it.
It was this one, hope it shows.
Never had a dog, so unable to determine - true or not.
It also looks like a Klimt painting
On May 17, more than 50 students from a junior secondary school graduating class in the Yilong Middle School, in Sichuan province, southwestern China, walked more than two kilometres from the school to the Yilong People's Hospital with their teachers.
They were there to take a special graduation photo with their bedridden classmate, Ren Junjie.
Ren, 15, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a cancer that develops in the lymphatic system.
Several students went to the ward, helped Ren put on the school's uniform and wheeled him to the hospital grounds on his bed.
The group posed surrounding Ren's bed for what many said was "the most special graduation photo in the world".
He passed away at 4am on the morning after the group photos were taken, one month before his 16th birthday.

Mod: If you're too young to have seen it or to have heard of it, watch at your own peril (as it, DON'T!), it's traumatising to say the least. This is NOT just a cartoon and it's not for kids. Someone should have told my primary school teacher when I was 10. Now I'm off to find some counselling.
A protestant husband and his catholic wife were not allowed to be buried together. Here are their headstones reaching across the two cemeteries in 1888.
