the implementation of carbon taxes does make sense, but we regularly forget, things change, and can change quickly, such as war. such laws are implemented under perfect or ideal conditions, but we forget, dump fcuks do end up in positions of power from time to time, that basically fcuks the whole thing up, and couldnt give a sh1te who gets fcuked by their decisions
