I was considering putting them into my home office a year or so ago but no electrician I spoke to knew anything about them.
I wouldn't place a huge amount of emphasis on BER ratings. They are a fairly blunt efficiency benchmark with lots of limitations rather than an indication of how comfortable the house would be to live in. Similar enough to a NCT for cars, I wouldn't place too much reliance on it.
Mid terrace house, relatively small footprint, it wouldn't take much to make that house cosy. The rear extension, being exposed might be a bit of a concern / cold spot.
I agree I'm pretty sure if you have energy efficient bulbs you get a better rating. And other stupid things like that change the rating as well.

I’ve a portable Herschel infrared panel heater in the one room with no central heating. Old stone house. Keeps the room lovely and toasty.
Just curious as to how that would mitigate things like damp etc. That would be my main concern in an old house if the air itself isn't heated.

Yoga studios often use IR ceilign heaters for hot yoga. More suit to a outdoor deck than the whole house. That house is pretty average imo
The panel gets physically warm, which also conducts heat to the air, it heats the floor walls etc.
Damp is kept out by water proofing, not heating. Heat might hide it a bit better, but it'll do all the same damage.
Hard to know where the AI starts and where it finishes. For example, the sides of the shed in the garden must surely be AI?

I've seen IR heaters in a number of scenarios, all seem to work well. People very happy with them.
It appears to be the utility mentioned in the description, its difficult to tell from the photos but it appears to have a pull-out (or, more likely, drop down) table/counter which seems like a very good idea.
Judging by the photos on the stairs it appears to be an Indian family. Not seeing what the problem is with the style, I would not want it but that doesn't make it bad. It all looks very clean and in good condition, would need a little bit of work to change it to personal preference, but very superficial, and there are very few houses you would not want to put your own stamp on.
It's a drop-down table in the utility room.

Its a bit lurid alright, but its harmless and easily remedied. I quite like the bedspreads! Nice little house under it all.
The photos make me anxious and I don't have anxiety. The current owner has no heating either.
You'd need to carefully check out the neighbours too as all 5 houses share the rear rooftop.

That felt will need replacing anyway. Not designed to be used and walked on like that.
I was thinking about that earlier but never said anything. The weight of an adult person on the small area of the chair legs would damage the felt quite easily.
That is tremendous. I love to see people just making something their own and going for it. I'd be less happy about the heating situation and the roof as mentioned above
