It's long overdue as a consequence of diving. Subjective ones are tough but that was bloody obvious.

You can't on the initial kick, but once the ball is touched again, it re-applies. Gomez was in an offside state, but he didn't intefere with either the keeper coming for the ball or making a save.
If we make it 3-0 it'll be the first time we've had a 3-0 lead in the Prem since Ipswich in January 2025!

Glad they ruled the goal stood as the goalie was the one interfering with Gomez instead of actually tracking the ball. I've seen them struck off for less.
2 goals up has not been a comfortable position for us this year tbh, we need to be looking at getting more, but finally a great start.

What a ball from Kerkez to Salah! Mo really should've done so much better from that position.
West Ham seem fairly high energy and won't take this lying down, but I do hope we can try and be a bit ruthless and score a few goals today. It will be the best opportunity over these next few games to start to redefine our season.
I'd love to see Chiesa given 20 minutes in his best position (RWF) or at least left wing forward - instead he keeps getting thrown on as a lone centre forward. Which of course makes sense cause we literally only have one fit CF in the squad, and he's starting, but it's doing Chiesa a bit of a disservice to put him in a position he's just not at all suited for.
If Kerkez took a dive there it's an easy free out, refs give it every time.
We immediately look better with defenders in defence and midfielders in midfield........
Might be worth looking into more regularly.
