I think you only get it if you're on a panel after interview
anyone know how many times they can extend by, as this is the 2nd so far? for any of us sitting waiting for the next HEO competition... 🤷♀️
They can use discretion to do so, at some point it would wear thin. We are no where near that point.
Anyone able to tell me where i am on the panel. I haven't been called for interview yet, just wondering if I have a chance. Also, is the whole comp extended or just the panels with people who have passed?

Two weeks ago they were at 413 of batch 4 for interview in Dublin. If you didn't get an email about the panel extending I would say it is extended for people already through the interview stage.
It was 413 in batch 3. I'm in batch 4, number 469
That's weird cause I am in batch 4 and I have already been interviewed? I was 230 in batch 4 and my original interview was in October so I think batch 3 is well done.
For those yet to be interviewed, they have reached 418 in batch 4
I only emailed them last week and that's what I was told. There must be multiple batches with the same number :-D

You need to have completed and passed your interview in order to get the emails.
Anyone that had an interview this week, what's the board like ?
only one board member remains for tomorrow. The other 2 done Monday to Wednesday so only the chair will remain the same for us tomorrow with 2 different interviewers.
According to PAS, they only notified people, about the change, that were already interviewed.

Hi all does anyone know when it comes to the HEO interview do they stick to the competency from the application form or do they use the new format?
it’s the 6 topics on the new framework they look at. You won’t get time to do Star method either so be prepared for short quick answers on each of those 6.
They 100% use the new capability framework so go through the videos from the very beginning to familiarise yourself
