There are holes in the squad but we were playing like this with a fully fit squad in September too, and with a very different squad last Spring.

The determination to use VVD's body is what is getting used to make it onside. I think there is a clear gap between that yellow line and VVD's waist. Move that line a frame in our favour and he's off, its was clear determination to make it off, by leaving a gap.
