i've been trying to find a certain BB for a specific topic, but have found little to no luck. it's a miracle that i actually found this website!

knowing how irritating it was to find this, how could i go about making a website that's just a registry of BBs and their topics so it's easy to find them? or is there a website already doing this? (please tell me if there is! that would be wonderful!)
