From what I can tell, it was the driver and front seat passenger in AJs car that were killed.
From the pictures as well, it seems the front of the car was trashed but the back was ok so it makes sense.

The car that Joshua was in hit a stationery truck. AJ was sitting behind the driver and both survived whilst the two on the other side died instantly. The two fatalities were his S&C coach and his personal trainer. Absolutely horrific images.
The car was suspected of speeding over the limit and overtaking a vehicle at the time before crashing into the truck which had broken down on the side of the road.
Be careful if you are looking this up by the way. Apparently there are some horrific images that absolutely nobody needs to see.
