My partner is selling her 2020 Toyota Yaris hybrid. Imported this year- previously operated as a rental in Japan.
We haven't had many calls so interested in any feedback around the ad. We can organize a test drive in Dublin or Tipperary.
2020 Toyota Yaris For Sale in Dublin 8, Dublin
You should list it on Donedeal as well. I know many years ago I used to look at the motors section on adverts but tbh with you I don't even check it for cars anymore and haven't for many years.
Tbh, your reason for selling doesn't really ring true - bought in October last and selling because of a baby due in Jan, surely ye knew the baby was coming?
Thanks- it was an import and the import process started in April and the car landed in October so the reason for selling is genuine. Thanks for giving that feedback.
Are you selling the car with separate alloys? In the pictures, looks like steel wheels with plastic covers over
This also! I totally gave up looking at cars on Adverts and only use Donedeal now for the last 4 or 5 years
I thought this also.
Also, Please don't come for me but there is sort of a negativity about Jap imports being stolen. I'm fairly sure yours is fine because it's push button start.

Hi folks,
I'll be putting our trusty 05 CRV on done deal in the coming days.
We've had it 8 years, 3rd owner, Irish car from new.
205Km, 2 litre petrol, auto.
NCT until November 26, taxed 'til end of March.
Cruise, aircon, sunroof, all electrics work.
All paperwork/receipts from my time of ownership.
I hope to give it a good clean and get proper photos if the rain ever stops long enough over the weekend but a couple of quick snaps below.
The ad will be in the region of €1800, but of course there will be a boardsie discount.
Drop me a PM if you're interested, based in north Wicklow.
Hi all, sharing my mothers Fiat Bravo that I am selling on her behalf.
It's a little rocket with 150bhp, highest spec model with low mileage at 157k km. In decent nick with only a few scuff around but nothing unusual for the age. NCT till August 2026, out of tax but is on the lower cc rate of €385.
Comes with all service history throughout the 4 years of ownership.
Everything including the dual-zone climate control working as it should as it had the common issue of it going fixed so good for another 10 years!
Would be happy to do a boardsie deal, see ad here:
2016 Skoda Fabia TSI 1.2 90 HP Ambition, "Cappuccino beige", about 68,500km, 2 owners (1 elderly gentlemen, 1 lady - me - both careful drivers) bought it in May 2019, NCTd until 13th July this year. Manual, petrol. It had been off the road for a while so not taxed, but it's been fully serviced this past fortnight, tyres in good condition, new brake discs and pads, new EFB start stop, new battery, one key (unless I find the second in the next few days), new wiper blades. It does have a smallish (approx 2cm by 0.5 cm) dint on the bonnett near the logo. Connacht area. Please PM for more details, photos to follow.
You might add the year and price please.
Thanks for the PM and edit but still no link to ad.
I haven't posted the ad anywhere else, yet.
If you've no joy here I really recommend FB marketplace and turn off your messenger notifications completely.
This way you can simply go onto messenger whenever ya feel like it during the day and respond to whoever seems genuine and ignore the rest. Works the finest for me anyways but then again I don't use FB messenger for anything else really.
Absolutely zero unwanted interruptions and all the initial potentially head melting part of a sale takes place entirely on your terms.
You would definitely need to be advertising a price though.
I'm not on FB so that's not an option, but thank you for the suggestions, I do appreciate it.

Selling our 172 Hyundai Tucson. Cheapest comparable car on Done Deal (only cheaper one has 120k more on the clock) and have had a few calls, but nothing concrete yet. Solid car and has never let us down. Very good condition for a 9 year old car. Genuine reason for sale. Based in South Dublin. Please PM if any queries. Thanks.

Pretty cool antenna it has.
Neighbour is selling a VW Tiguan owned for ten years. Good car, I believe he is selling as he hardly uses it and so is low mileage.
PM me if you want a boadsie discount. I'm sure he would oblige.
€600 tax for the 1.4 petrol?! Wow.
€12k is also very strong money, despite the low mileage. (Just my two cents!)
It is 150 bhp so full power (The TSI emblem is all red). All the Tiguan petrols are that motor tax, even the low power ones. I'm sure the price is negotiable. He is hardly driving at the moment - only 2,000 km since the NCT last Sept. It has Bridgestone tyres all round, all with good tread.
If you are interested, then arrange a viewing.
iv e got three suzuki swifts for sale, a 2007 needs new alternator brake master cylinder and servo/ booster , 2008 wiht gearbox problems , radiator and windscreen replacement needed and a 2008 with nct til feb 27, but wheeel bearing going .
i think i have a suzuki addiction. also got a little 2002 suzuki wagon r that needs a new clutch, otherwise has gone through the nct 4 times last year and was set up for that, only failed on emissions due to the clutch situation.
if only i had stuck with the wagon r and got it fixed id have saved so much time and money, but the 2007 when working is great fun to drive.
i guess im looking for scrap money at this stage.
It may be the 'all red' version, but anyone in the market for a 1.4l Tiguan is unlikely to be priortising driving thrills. Whichever way you spin it, the tax will be a bitter pill to swallow in a market dominated by price-comparable diesels in the €200/€280 tax bracket.
Anyway, only my 2 cents as I said. Best of luck to him with it.
