youtube shorts do not automatically show in a boards post

how do you get youtube short videos to show up in your boards post now? - when you upload a video now thats not long in duration it changes it to a youtube short, well if you add the link to boards it does not show, it only shows up as a link

If you change the URL format to the standard one (watch?v=videoid), it still works. A workaround, yes, but it’s an option at least.

No, no-one's ever raised it before. But as your example shows, Vanilla, reliable as it always is, can't handle Youtube shorts links. I'd imagine it'd be fairly simple to sort, can you advise or raise it with them @Boards.ie: Mike
