Did you apply for an appeal. From what I've seen anyone newer to Revenue got through more so than someone who is in Revenue 15+ years. Has anyone else heard that?

Where have you seen this. Revnet /Careers in Revenue /Current competitions hasnt updated since 27th June and says Group 1 interviews ongoing...

It's on RevNet. Under HR careers. Least that's what mine said earlier because I was surprised group four were being called so soon as they were very vague about it last month. You'd wonder how many vacancies they think they'll have or if this is" just in case "

There was alot of opportunties over the last 15 years, if you are in civil service long term you could be doing the same things day in day out and find it hard to build out a compelling form now, if you didn't have one before, and from what I hear the newer enterants essentially used their EO forms/comp (pre Rev)and got promoted….

Does anyone know where they are on batch 2 number wise . I guess it will depend on location choice and positions availability in terms of number has been passed yet or not but would just nice know how far they are on the list.

As far as I know going forward it's your place on the location panel that matters not the batches. EG Mayo might have only 10 people across 3 batches and and have called 7 where as Galway have 22 but have only called 3 so still working from batch 1 but mayo had to go to batch 3 to get people.

Top 10 for my no 1 county choice and three placed so far. more HEO's starting in mid January but not from this panel. i wonder what the ratio of different panels and mobility is.

I see some Dublin based staff have not been promoted/placed and staff further down on the order of merit have been placed as HEO. Is this due to requests for non Dublin placements?

Yes I know that feeling likewise still awaiting update have emailed a few times now. Last update no movement since my last email. Don't want to Shawshank them but know their is positions in location choice yet still not been filled. Might give it another week before reaching out again.
