Commuting/Parking at Sallins Train Station

Landed a new job, live in Naas. Job is Hybrid into Dublin 2 days a week.

Thinking the quickest way Into the City will be park up at Sallins Station, spin into Dublin in 30 minutes on train and then onto a C bus or Dublin bike to take me the rest of the way to Dawson Street.

Questions:

Is Sallins car park really 3.50 for the day?

What time is the car park usually full at?

If its full where else can you park nearby?

Is leaving bike at Sallins Station all day relatively safe?

Any advice much appreciated!

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help.

I need to take a train from Sallins to Cork on Friday morning. It will be the 8:50am train.

I need to leave a car overnight. Will there be parking? I was told there are plenty of spaces but that the underground closes at the weekend so I wouldn't be able to collect my car the next morning.

Is this true?

We tried to collect our car on the weekend and the underground car park was shut. You may be fine leaving it above ground in the train station or outside Supervalu car park. Double check the signs though obviously :)

Hi,

Does anyone park regularly at Sallins train station and would know what time the car park fills up at? I’m moving to Naas next year and drove around the car parks including the underground at 2pm on Tuesday and it was jammed with cars double parked everywhere. Is this normal?

Im assuming the morning trains are also full?

Also I’ve seen some info on a shuttle bus but can’t find much about it online.
