If you have a standing / ground floor ticket, there is a small merch shop and the left side hallway on the way into the venue.
If seated in the circle or upper circle there is often no merch available... Sometimes there is and it's just inside the doorway to the stairs up on your right.
I'm sure if you wanted to buy something security would let you in the front door before or after the gig if you explain the situation to them.
They will let you in for sure cause you still have to scan your ticket after the merch stand
You'd think that. I've tried to go in to get merch after being in the circle many times and whilst largely it's been fine I've had hassle a few times. I've had some clown of a doorman flat out tell me no entry and I had to argue with him for a few minutes, trying to explain that I wanted to go fifteen metres in the door but he wasn't having it. Eventually got to call someone else over to let me in.

The Mayhem Ball account on twitter who called all the 2025 tour announcement before it happened is only stating the following venues for 2026 & it will happen in May & June 2026 so that’s Croke Park out off the running…but still fingers crossed for Dublin

Generally works with Aiken so not much option bar the iveagh gardens or 3arena are the only suitable unless he jumps to MCD and does trinity

Generally MCD bit aiken have put stuff on there before, time frame does not match up for taylor thou
