Have not heard of anyone who was actually successful, seems like a lot looking to fly in from abroad too on reddit, etc. I've caught him I think 4 times at festivals over the years a couple on smaller stages and 1 surpise B2B with Skrillex and Four Tet in Manchester so am not concerned, plays a lot am sure he'll be back! I was interested in this one as I find his recent DJ sets much better than live gigs, been a while since I've seen one of them, Fontaines DJ'ing as support is interesting too.
Warmduscher moved from the National stadium to Whelan's and still tickets available?? I'm shocked at that. They're deadly!

Tig Cholis in Mainguard St Galway is celebrating 25 years in business with a bunch of free trad gigs, on Sunday 9th November there is Matt Molloy, John Carty and Brian McGrath at 4 PM. Monday 10th November features Don Stiffe, Matt Keane and Ronan Flaherty at 3 PM and Tuesday 11th November features Frankie Gavin, Noel Hill and Catherine McHugh. Definitely thinking of attending the Sunday gig as it would be nice to see Matt playing at quite a close proximity.
Forgot to mention that support for Last Dinner Party is Divorce - had heard of them but didn't know them - 1st listen and very impressed.
They're fecking brilliant Seán. I've seen them a few times. Get yerself in early.
