Prima Facie sold out in about four minutes. I know it was the Gaiety but I was surprised with no queue or waiting room.
Undertones
Fcukin YES !!! … Apologies to Mushy for doubting his source 😉
Not yet … but my left knee gives me some jip now and again
Apology accepted!
Should be a good night, I assume everyone would just stand at the seats anyway
Forgive me for thinking the singer's left hand looks AI manipulated here.
….
Yeah I saw The Cranberries and Incubus in there and folks on the ground floor were standing.
might be of interest to some but the Sziget Festival in Hungary might no longer exist…

dry cleaning for vicar in April
Academy
Jaysus - sitting like that in a chair will ruin her posture and cause plenty of back problems in later life.
Download announcement for Nov 3rd, wouldn't be surprised if Linkin Park are one of the headliners, maybe something like Ghost/Parkway Drive or Architects another headliner.
Cheers, ill catch them in Waterford....New venue for me there too
Good venue
Very near John Street with pubs like The Hub, Geoffs and Market bar
Second Christopher Cross date in the Bord Gais, presale already started

Anyone an idea presale link for this? Saw this post earlier and saw someone on Spotify playing her and decided to have a listen and I'm immediately won over.
Luke Combs second Slane date on the following night, didnt think that was feasible.
What?!?
Wow…
2 in a row in slane! that's one hell of a job to clean and set for the next day!
Easier than a week apart and keeps costs down so more money to be made
People will be still trying to leave the venue when the 2nd night is kicking off
It's a mud bath getting out of there at the best of times, how on earth are they going to manage back to back nights?
All the important people will be comfortable
Fair play to him for having the pull to do 2 nights,
I just can't believe they're trying to pull 2 nights for that venue when we all know how infamous it is to actually get to and from, that'll be some operation to pull off getting it cleaned up after the first night to be ready for the second,
Transport to an from the venue, buses, the general public, garda presence and security etc,
Promoter/Act etc must be in line to make serious money from it
main cost is saved is just the staging costs. May those prices the artist will be €5m for the 2 nights.
Main benefit to mcd/live nation to Slane over croke park is mcd get the bar %, whereas GAA run the bars at croke and promoter sees nothing
Calling it now, the bus situation is going to be a nightmare.
Any chance of us getting a Sugar gig here next May/June?
ewan macvicar (dj) selling out one night in 3arena and he has announced a 2nd date. 70e a pop. world has gone mad that this is an acceptable price for a standalone dj gig.
