Im not familiar with Luke Combs but I don't know a whole lot about country music. I did live in Alberta in Canada for a while and it was very popular there. Went to a Kenny Chesney show in Calgary one time. Wasn't really my thing. Country music in Ireland makes me think of the border counties. Don't know anyone where I'm from into country music but there must be an audience for it if they're putting someone like him on at Slane.
Luke Combs isn't hardcore country, at this stage he's in the crossover space eg he was up for Billboard awards as top artist \ top male artist not just in the country genre. Still surprised at Slane though!
9.6m if he sells it out and every ticket goes for that 121 (which they won't) some payday

Croker was about 95% full for the second half of his set. He played the hits and had everyone in the place singing every word. Never seen anything like it for a support act before.
That support slot tour was strategic genius on his part.
