Prima Facie sold out in about four minutes. I know it was the Gaiety but I was surprised with no queue or waiting room.
You're right. They should be called Illegal Foreigner.
Shite because Extreme haven’t played at all in Ireland recently. You never know, maybe they will play their own show in Dublin the night before. Would love to see them again
She advertised it on Facebook. The presale is happening tomorrow and us specifically for people who registered before 12pm today.
The Ship of Theseus Tour
I don't know if Mick Jones is still performing but he comes out for a few songs with Foreigner..or at least he did.
he doesn’t
he is retired from touring a few years since Parkinson’s diagnosis.
At the 3Arena a couple of years back he shuffled on stage for one song I think. Whether he was actually playing I'm not sure but he looked really out of it.
Their new singer is a replacement for the replacement that was Kelly Hansen, who was really good.
Not surprising typically have done both arenas this is outdoor however and Dublin got the shout in that instance the last time around.
Say no chance of Dublin being added they'll most likely be appearing at one of the many festivals in mainland Europe during that spell.
I am assuming the bar will be open for all his gigs next year. Unlike the 3 arena that time

You can buy ‘Two Day Tickets’ for David Gray Live at the Marquee, I wonder if they sell many of them…
probably some super fans out there
Some talks on fan sites about a Radiohead tour announcement tomorrow. No chatter about an Irish stage unfortunately. Hopefully something will come of it in the UK at least.
Wonder is he doing 2 different sets or something
They’re doing 4 nights at the O2 allegedly, think the dates are the 21,22, 24 & 25th November but you can find them on Reddit. There’s been a few other cities mentioned but haven’t seen Dublin
On the back of two amazing gigs in Oasis and Robbie Williams in Croker.
It has me thinking, who is the front runners to tour there next year?
Is McCartney a decent shout?
U2 I'd imagine, if they can ever finish the new album.
Very slim chance and a bit early (1997-98) but I would kill for a PopMart 2.0 tour.
It is the one show I would've loved to had been present at.
who is announcing Croke park this Thursday for 21st August next year?
i think that was too elaborate and expensive a show to be repeated
They've chickened out of all things Pop. All things progressive really. Went all safe since. Almost like it never existed.
Unlike the Joshua Tree tour which was exclusively about the album, I think they could easily sell whatever venture as a Popmart celebration of one of the first "megashows" of our time and nothing about the ill received album.
My first concert. A good start
First I've heard of that
Maybe Ed Sheeran as he's touring next year, Harry Styles is in Dublin
Personally hope its Paul McCartney but not holding out much hope
is it definitely this Thursday and not the 11th?
Ed Sheeran private listening party on Thursday the 11th (which he will probably appear at) and could use that to announce a Croke park show
Tash sultana playing the 3arena march 28th
big thief in 3 arena in April
I like Big Thief but 3Arena seems big for them.
Probably sold out National Stadium back in 22 but a step up nonetheless.
that one was instant sell out. Could have easily done another night back then.
Will 100% be a curtained off, lower capacity 3Arena.
Thankfully we don't have a 5k indoor venue for them to go into, no need etc….
