Played Civilisation VI.
Just on the final mission now, the battle scene. Game is a bit janky at times, but its a gem of a game overall. If the second one is better its got to be great. Will wait a while before I play KCD2 just so im not burnt out from the genre.
It's not your regular game for sure, but once it clicks, it's like crack for a period. I really loved it.
Still have to sit down and give the second one some proper time.
Played Darksiders on Xbox360. Am on the level where you have to find the demon Vigrin. It's a burning carpark I think, and it was tricky figuring out there are rails at side walls for climbing across. I was trying to jump across. Before that I fought a boss but the boss won. I threw cars at it and it threw them at me. But instead of dying, I ended up in this sort of underworld where I was sent in the current mission.
Still on Kingdom Come Deliverence, what a game, cant wait to try the sequel when I finish up with the first one.
Eventually got back to give Kingdom Come Deliverance a final attempt and I think its clicked eventually, ive got a horse and im in the open world. Never got this far before and im enjoying the game. Its a bit janky in parts and combat is different but im loosing hours playing it which I suppose is a good sign.
Definitely worth a play through alright, think I saw that the sequel is being released soon as well.
I know it's a while since you posted this but that was a great game. I played it at launch.
Mostly Assassin's Creed Unity. I've completed most of the Suger's Legacy missions in the Dead Kings DLC. Only completed 50% of the Stories of Franciade missions though. The Suger's legacy missions have a lot of riddles.
Is there anything worth playing on the Switch? Got my son a Switch 2 and now I got his old Switch, but can't find anything worth playing. I remember playing Advance Wars Dual Strike on Nintendo DS ages ago, and looked up the remake they did a few years back for Switch. So, almost 3 years old game, a remake of two DS games released 20+ years ago, and they're asking full price, 60 euro. No, thanks.
Gave up on Far Cry 6 again before Christmas and have been messing around with daughters old switch since then. Back to PC and at a loose end games wise so decided to boot up Oblivion Remastered and Skyrim to give one a go after so many years. . Wow they really have a produced a fantastic overhaul with Oblivion. Not sure I can go to Skyrim after seeing the game upgrades in Oblivion.
Never did start Kingdom Come after 🤣🤣, got side tracked with Immortals: Fenyx Rising, an under rated game ruined by certain vault/dungeon mechanics that I found horrible.
Any way onto Far Cry 6, remember starting it before and not really getting into it, will give it another go and see does it click this time.
No idea how many times I've started Kingdom Come Deliverance and stopped within a few hours. Going to give it one more attempt and if it does not click I will never try it again. Wish me luck.
cheers for that, have been playing on d fend reloaded on reduced cpu
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is visually stunning.
You might want to check out openxcom.org. It's the original UFO but has bug fixes and works better with modern machines. It's also portable so you can run it off a low-capacity memory key.
the original xcom ufo enemy unknown, trying to finish it in 6 months in game time
High on Life- enjoying this at the moment, fun once it gets going, well worth a try.
I am super addicted to the simple Hidden Object adventures on Steam. Cheap but good for the brain with the puzzles and such.
The Last of Us, Part 1. What a game. Top class stuff.
Infinifactory. I thought it was an automation game with puzzle elements, but its a puzzle game with automation elements. I "finished" it and only have 1 puzzle left to do, but im done. No replayability for me, but it was frustratingly enjoyable for the 25 odd hours it got out of me. If you dont mind finding alternative solutions for the puzzles, your mileage may vary. But its a puzzle game.
I do like the automation games, but I ruined myself with playing DSP and Satisfactory first, so I've played arguably the best. Factorio doesnt visually appeal to me. I've about 10 games in Early Access waiting for full release, because I don't buy into EA anymore, I prefer the completed product, even if I dont complete it. But looking forward to the eventual releases of Astrometica, Foundry, Timberborn, Eden Crafters and Blacksmith Master.
About half way through Expedition 33 at the moment, have not played in a few days though, im sort of board of it if im honest.
Started Suicide Squad. Played using Offline profile. Crashed in Chapter 2. Relaunched the game and due to the crap menu setup, I started an online game which seemed to put me back near the start. Anytime I tried to get back to the main menu it quit the game to Steam and when I started it again it skipped the menu and went straight to the game.
Eventually got the Offline game starter but it had been overwritten by the Online game so back near the start again.
Both look interesting . One demo being downloaded and both are wish listed
Demos - Prologue: Go Wayback ! - A demo of ………. I'm not sure . It's kinda survival meets orienteering, a new game from Brendan Green of PUBG fame . It's very early days but it's …. ok .
Drive Beyond Horizons . Drive - upgrade you car and find other better cars - kill zombies . It's a bit of mindless fun that surprised me in how quick it dug it's nails into me . I was going to buy the early access version yesterday but the Steam Sale had ended . I'll pick it up the next time it drops in price .
GZW way better then when I was playing 12 months ago- change in pc helps too though .
Are you fan Dune world ? I knew nothing about it and game got me interested . So watched first movie last week and loved it . Maybe after I watch 2nd movie I could be tempted .
Yeah i like GZW but i got it at launch and played through maybe 50% of the game solo with probably the worst AI ive ever experienced in a game.
I havent jumped in yet such was the insanely frustrating experience i had at launch but they have worked a lot on it since if the devs videos are to be believed but i havent tried it myself yet.
Im going to wait for it to cook some more.
You havent experienced addiction until you try DUNE awakening haha :)
Very tempted to get it but utterly addicted to GZW. It was hard play on my old pc it's a dream now .
Dune Awakening refuses to let me go.
Seriously fun and immersive game but time goes by too fast.
I was staring at it on steam sale aright but I can't justify it after getting it on switch 2 and I already own it on ps5 pro. I suppose I could play for 110 mins and refund it 🤣
