Her watch was sent from France and arrived today. I just can't figure out Amazon's logistics on something like this. I would have thought someone ordering one from Ireland on Wednesday would have it dispatched before someone ordering it on Thursday.

Went out walking with the watch, and it threw me off a bit presenting speed as km/h than min/km that Garmin usually does. But everything else seems to be fine. Also the voice announcements are a bit annoying - just a beep is all we need to stay activity started or paused or whatever. May be there's a setting to change it.

I haven't found anyway to bulk transfer from Garmin Connect to Zepp. Zepp doesn't have a website UI, does it, it's just the phone app? Last 7-8 years activities are all on Connect and Strava, but free Strava is sh1te lately and I was starting to explore Garmin coach etc. Fingers crossed Zepp holds up.

Depends on where it's coming from. In my experience stuff sent from Germany tends to get here quite quickly whereas delivery from France is generally slower. My watch is currently at sea between France and here whereas a Kindle I ordered from Germany the other day was in my hand 20 hours later.

I dont use Spotify but had a look in the Zepp App Store. 3rd party app called Spotifyer which (apparently) lets you link your Spotify in the Zepp mobile app and pick songs / playlist to download into watch memory.

I ordered 1 on Tuesday and it's in an post for delivery tomorrow and ordered 1 on Thursday which still hasn't dispatched with a delivery date of Friday. I'm happy enough getting 1 because I don't wear watches and bought 1 just 2 mess around with! The other is going to the O/H who will use it.

I'll post a few tips as I go for sure.

Heres 1 I looked at when it arrived. Out the box maybe 1 in 10 times when I looked at the watch the screen didnt wake. In mobile app go to Device Icon (bottom right) ⇒ DEVICE SETTINGS ⇒ DISPLAY & BRIGHTNESS ⇒ LIFT WRIST TO VIEW INFO ⇒ RESPONSE SPEED and set to SENSITIVE:
