3 sites were bombed, not just Fordow. A B2 can carry 2 bombs each. Id say 6 at fordow and t least 4 at the other 2 sites.. Then back to Guam or RAF Fairford, American bomber HQ in Europe.

That’s at least 7 B-2s committed, out of a total fleet of 18 bombers with operational squadrons, with probably a B-2 or two available as spares. This must have been planned quite a bit in advance, possibly longer than the public discussion has been going on. I can’t see Strike Command deploying nigh on half of its stealth bomber fleet on a whim…
EDIT: If it was really 12 bombs dropped on Fordow, that means that at least six bombers were committed to that target. If the number of bombs committed on the other targets is correct, that increases the number of bombers committed to 10, making it even less likely that this was a spur-of-the-moment decision.
They're just doing it because Israel is involved. I didn't see anyone jumping up and down protesting and flying their flags when Isis, Taliban, houthis, Syria etc were being bombed. There wasn't even this much outrage when Putin invaded Ukraine and killed babies in maternity hospitals. A war which iran was funding with it's weapons.
