Reports stating that Israel have launched an attack against Iran
and the fallout will stop at the city boundary??
That’s a good point and understandable since the populations are still mentally and socially stuck in the Middle Ages
You clearly dont have a clue what the regime has been up to for the last 46 years.

The very fact that people state such nonsense as above shows how utterly blind they are to their hatred towards Israel. It's as if Israel is truly unique in the history of the world. Shows us that they truly live in an echo chamber.
Israel is not innocent by any means, but they are not unique at all in history or even by the standards of today. Folks really need to learn some history and read a book or two.
Not sure why the Tehran evacuation order. Most likely to cause internal chaos within the city, but might be due to the fact that some military targets are embedded in the city and they don't want to hurt potential allies too much with such strikes (the people of Iran) vs the leadership
All just speculation
All of the above really. Military targets, minimize civilian casualties, severely disrupt the economic heart of Iran, place enormous pressure on the regime.
Combine that with Israel dominating the skies of Tehran and it all creates an atmosphere of terror, panic and confusion that creates at worst an illusion that the regime has lost control, at best some sort of reflection of reality.
They can send in waves of suicide bombers, they can attack the oil infrastructure, they can do chemical and or biological attacks, cyber attacks etc.
Suicide drones don't seem to be making their mark and appear to be shot down easily. They could target Israeli oil infrastructure, but again, they would need to get through Iron Dome first. Iran is much more vulnerable here, as it could wipe out its economy if Israel starts to target its oil and gas infrastructure. It may effect oil prices world wide which would piss off Trump so maybe they wont do this.
Chemical or Biological weapons. Details are sketchy here, but let's say they have them. They still need to deliver them via a missile, and getting through Iron Dome is an issue. Then again, if they use those weapons, it just gives Israel carte blanche to kill all the top echelons of the government, and the world would give them that blank cheque in return for being on the receiving end of chemical/biological weapons.
Iran are running out of options here.
Remember a few days ago there were reports of Air Fuelling Tankers being diverted to the Middle East. This is the reason why.
The overthrow of Mosaddegh had nothing to do with the Soviets. He was an avowed opposer to Communism. Churchill (and subsequently the US) used the cover of "Communism" as an excuse should the need arise for one, but even the Americans weren't falling for that.
It was oil. Nothing more. Mosaddegh came under scrutiny from the US and UK purely because he was going to nationalise Iran's oil reserves. Had he not had intentions to do that, he would have remained in place.
The cracks are starting to appear in Iran. From the BBC
There are no nuclear facilities or materials in Tehran, a city of 9m people. What is the reason for bombing the city? It already sounds like we're heading into war crimes territory.
I imagine the Iranians will be scrambling to set up AA and run 24 hour air patrol over the site as we speak. Maybe this type of thing wasn't present before when the Iranians maybe thought it was enough just to build the facility under a mountain.
That's because their regime changes are more to do with American interests rather than the interests of the locals. So when the US inevitably sets up their puppets to control a certain country it always ends up as a corrupt entity that the people come to distrust and eventually want rid of, and it happens like that because America is inherently corrupt itself.
Tehran is a massive city with lots of military infrastructure, same as Tel Aviv.
But what reason has Israel to be bombing the regular military infrastructure of Tehran? Presumably this a very clear violation of international law - this has little to nothing to do with their nuclear programme (which is not even located in the city).
The people of Iran, especially women and LGBTQ+, got a much clearer picture of what tyranny is in the years since under the Ayatollahs.
The Troubles is rooted in religious difference, between Protestant and Catholic.
WW2 is rooted in racism mixed in with a large dollop of religious hatred of the Jews.
I am not following the logic here.
Israel and Iran are in state of open war right now with both attacking each other. Prior to that, for a very long time, they were in a shadier state of war via proxy and assassination, but without repeating previous posts, this is the furthest thing from "one aggressive country attacking a peaceful one" imaginable.
Iran are attacking Israel with hundreds of ballistic missiles, which are having generally negligible effect due to Israel's defence network.
Israel is crippling Iran with air power, because Iran has no effective defense network left.
It's not illegal for Iran to specifically strike Mossad HQ in Tel Aviv and it's not illegal for Israel to specifically strike IRGC HQ in Tehran.
51 nore starving people were obliterated by IDF tanks and drones in a continuation of their utterly indefensible genocide against the people in Gaza.
Irans leadership are c*nts but I'm not supporting israel in this conflict
You ask any Iranian male misogynist who like to rape his wife and he will tell you it is a great place.
It does depend on who you ask.
I have been to the Middle East extensively, because it was required in my job at the time, and I have been revolted by what I have seen from the slave states of Abu Dhabi and Dubai to the religous autocracy of Iran.
Iran is an amazing place, full of wonderful people and wonderful places from Tehran to Persepolis, but unfortunately, the ideological government is something awful.
Israeli forces covertly occupied a building in Tehran (hiding in plain sight) which the other night launched drones to take out SAM's and launchers.
Like Tel Aviv, there is military infrastructure in the city itself - however the evacuation order is still a mystery for now.
Israel are keen not to cause civilian casualties among normal Iranian people who could, potentially, use this opportunity to rid themselves of the regime.
We are already in war crimes territory with the indiscriminate bombing of Tel Aviv by the Iranians, don't you agree?
That they weren't successful isn't an excuse.
strong backing for israel from new German leader:
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz expresses strong support for Israel in its attacks on Iran, speaking on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Canada.
“This is the dirty work Israel is doing for all of us. We are also victims of this regime. This mullah regime has brought death and destruction to the world,” Merz says in an interview with the ZDF broadcaster.
Given that the IAF appear to have air superiority over much of Iran, they can try, but the Iranian air force is a nothing force. It's not a match for the IAF, never mind the USAF. They would never see the B2 bombers coming anyway..
Eh, there is a war, regular military infrastructure is a legitimate target in a war.
Don't just take my word for it that there is a war, the Iranians have been clear that there is a war.
He ain’t wrong, dozens of dead and injured in Kiev this morning thanks to Iranian drones as posted earlier
So you were using them in a facetious manner. To diminish the suffering of those under the Shah as if it was insignificant, is not a worthy discussion. They retained a good chunk of the Savak, just because there was a change in those they targeted should not mean we simply dismiss those who went before them. You should retract your "tyranny" remark.
The root of the Troubles was not religious difference; it was about those in power and those with higher economic & societal status wishing to retain it. Religion was simply a tool used for division.
Let's be clear on one thing, the life of the ordinary Iranian got an awful lot worse when the Shah was replaced by the Ayatollahs. If you don't accept that……..
Nonsense. Revisionist historical nonsense. Higher economic and societal status was based on the religious differences.
If you were in any way correct, then poor working class Protestants and small farmer Protestants would all have joined the PIRA. They did not.
Seriously, that is so off the wall.
I never even hinted at that. You seem (again) to wish to reduce this to a simplistic two sided argument.
When you put "tyranny" as you have done, you simply wish to paint over the suffering of those targeted by the Shah as not really having suffered enough for you.
The Ayatollahs regime retained the tyrannical operation of cruelty and turned it against/expanded it to target others.
