I was hoping that it might have been a person suffering a medical emergency but from the footage I think that can be ruled out. Car looks like it’s being manoeuvred to deliberately target people.
I only hope the 1st response being so quick will ensure that there are no fatalities.

Just horrible. Sickens me that someone could just deliberately set out to hurt as many people as possible. How could anyone be that consumed with hate. I really hope there are not too many people injured given the quick response.

Odd looking incident as he's in front of an ambulance going really slowly down the crowded street, why would he be in front of the ambulance and down this street in the first place, not like he came out of nowhere and started ploughing into people.
It looks like the car was getting a bashing just before he rammed through. Could be an unplanned moment of blind panic or rage

emergency services are assisting the injured. That’s their job. The police are there to arrest, and stop the incident. Not sure why you’re having a go at police here..
