Selling as a going concern if anyone is interested but unlikely to be with the way the town is going.
I know people are shopping online more but shoes are different. I always like to see and try on a pair of shoes before buying. Carrick doesn't have many shops left either but Meanys shoes does very well, although it is the last shoe shop in the town there were 3 until recently.

Sad to hear this.Been buying my shoes there for over 35 years.Bought a pair of Bakers brogues just 18mths ago.My mother bought our shoes there also.I'll check out their shop one last time before they close as I'm sure there will be a bargain to get before they close for good.An icon of out town gone.
That seems to be part of the problem…. trying on the shoes then going online and buying them elsewhere.

OK I'm no expert, but it seems to be taking a long time to do up the footpath on the west side of the Cashel Road from the roundabout up to Auburn Park.
They had their squeezy toothpasty kerbing machine there a week ago laying lovely parallel curving curb. Now they seem to have gone and dug it up again.

What can you say as its all been said before, just another sickening video of our ethnic minority doing what they do best.
Gardai and Ispca have since been notified and apparently went searching for the horses but they were moved/hidden so are looking for any infromation.
Clonmel concerned residents and the like should organize a protest about that halting site because that place has caused more pain and misery to the town than any amount of migrants.

Sure they were their best buddies when they set up their **** little camp.
They're now fencing off the field below the site, which doesn't belong to them, and using diggers up to midnight and F all being done about it. Apparently well able to work, but still claiming every week. They have the town destroyed. Council tenants who can do whatever the hell they want with no consequences. Makes you sick.
It was rumoured that the field was bought for them, in part to keep them quiet about the new neighbours. It's also part of the reason that's why the costs escalated.
I have noticed a new home gone into the halting site. Its slightly different in design to the ones in the refugee camp but definite similarities. Wouldn't surprise me if this was part of the deal!!

Not this field, maybe the one behind it but definitely not this one. A good few new mobile homes gone in, a garda I spoke to said he was guessing a new teenager got married off and this was for them.
Who would have bought the field for them ?

I saw a post on that page a while back,about the owners of the Mosque in Irishtown asking St. Marys church not to ring the bells,as it would affect their prayer time...Has anyone heard that,or is it more bs from that page...
