We could do with a good game all the same. 😁

FFS, Robbie O'Flynn out of the 26 altogether? would have him over Kingston or O'Connor
No changes as I expected in the forwards. I really thought Mullins might start but he didn't even make the matchday panel. Robbie not making the subs is weird too. I would love to see Healy and Buckley get on at same stage too but will probably only happen if we are ahead and have a cushion. I would love to see Lehane at some stage too as he must have a point to prove since last year losing to Waterford where he missed so many chances that he hasn't been involved since. Subs are all strong though with a lot of options.
Just seeing now a report that he is unfortunately injured
Yes mate if Anthony Daly said it then it must be true!🤣
I have 1 x Student /OAP City End Terrace ticket for Sunday cost price if anyone wants it ??
One for the Cork GAA fans.
Had that jersey for donkeys years, one of the simpler jerseys but iconic at the sane time.
Some get together for former captains; I don't know them all but I'm not from Cork!
Minor football, Kerry 0-5 Cork 0-3 after 20 min.
Cork's shooting is so bad. 5 wides already. Not taking the chances we are given.
A goal chance just now and we didn't even get the point in the end.
Playing with the wind but still can't put the ball over the bar
Forwards are just so bad. Have left 2-06 behind them already.
Yeah thats the difference. We have just as good players but not able to steady themselves and put the ball over the bar when given a chance. The first game had the same thing. It is so bad it almost looks like they don't practice shooting at all
Kerry forwards have twice as many scores from half the possession and into the breeze.
That last free Cork took that dropped short - surely they must know coming int lo the game that that’s outside his range, so why try for a score? Basic stuff.
That looks like the 1991 Cork jersey. Tomas Mulcahy, John Fenton, Gerald McCarthy, Larry Tompkins, Charlie McCarthy, Tom Cashman and Mark Landers are some of the former captains in the photo.
Ray Cummins possibly could be in the background. I think Martin O'Doherty is there as well. Great photo anyway thanks for sharing.
Nowadays its about scoring efficiency and we are woeful. Ref gave them a few handy frees as well though. I would almost say Cork look a bit better than Kerry except in the forward line but the misses are dreadful.
Both teams had 12 shots but we scored only 4 while they had 8
Martin O Doherty second from right in check shirt. He’s home on holiday from California. A childhood hero of mine.
Graham Canty on the right.
jfc kicking a free wide from there. His antics lining it up would do your head in
0-11 to 0-7 after 45 min.
Kerry no 14 is a lovely footballer. Game over
that’s twice Kerry players went down feigning injury leading to a yellow & a red. No way was there contact with the head there. Was a push. Pathetic.
Very harsh red card.
Harsh, that's scandalous,a slight shove, shove back harder, Kerry player has a neck injury
Yep. I wish refs would put a bit more "effort" or threshold into red cards, especially given all the diving.
If you don't clearly see a strike which they couldn't possibly have as there was none, then you can't give a red.
Never recognised Fenton, very popular man among hurling fans.
Some giants of our game in that snap.
Saying all that here's hoping for a big surprise on Sunday 😁
Blame lies squarely with the player and their management that accommodate it at best, encourage it at worst. Also with the GAA who are doing nothing about it. It’s a scourge in an amateur game.
Oh sure don't we all like big surprises?😁
If you need a clue, Ray is the tallest in the back! Some collection of boyos. Tom would be the fella I'd know the best, absolute gent
Was that taken today?
