I think it’s back on the table yes, Ballymore homes are buying land from the racecourse to build 600 houses and a relief road from the Dublin road to the tipper road coming out opposite the IDA site is part of the planning conditions (planning may not yet have been granted yet). I have been told this second hand so may not have the details right.

Depends on the issue and the cooker
If it just a heating element or fan, you can easily replace these yourself. (a lot easier than you'd think)
If its a more serious issue than depends on what it cost, how old it is and whether you'd be looking at replacing it in the next couple of years anyway.
