They must be under pressure. Why else offer zero per cent on a new model?
Same reason Skoda, Cupra and the rest offer 0% on their brand new models I suppose, to increase sales, even Renault, the 2025 car of the year have 0% on their new Scenic. Great offers and a great time to be buying new if you were on the fence.
This is not the first time they’ve all offered 0%, they’ve done it countless times.
Regarding the air filter, mine is coming up to 2 years so time to change them. I see these Cabin rectangular ones on the Irish Tesla website to replace every 2 years per the manual which is grand.

I also see HEPA/Carbon filter being mentioned in the manual (albeit indirectly when removing battery, and also say "if equipped"). It is not available in the Irish website but available in the US website.

Been thinking about getting one for ages but wanted to see what the new model would bring and then needed to wait until the final trims and inevitable interest rate reductions which have now come. Would I be chastised getting one? I know there’s one or two people in my family saying I’d be absolutely stupid to get one but has anyone hear of Teslas being vandalised over here?

It's Ireland, you'll only find the chastisers on the internet or in your family. Most of the people who say they won't buy because of the brand/CEO, either couldn't buy one anyway or were already another brand's fans.
Go ahead and buy the car you like, the only vandalism you'll encounter will be the same as every other car owner, door dings in car parks.

Ok, so it’s not a “Tesla” ad. It’s a “Carzone” ad that’s advertising the car if you get me. That explains the €52k price as it’s actually €54k for the AWD LR. They’ve also used stock pics.
I suspect Tesla will get into Carzone to advise them of their errors. If you click the email link, it actually passes your info through Carzone and then onto Tesla.
not a single person has had a Tesla vandalised in Ireland, as far as I’m aware.
Remove musk from Tesla, and they’re clean as a whistle and producing 2 superb cars.
However, if you’re offering 0% financing, on a v good refresh of a car that was the top selling vehicle on the planet last year, then you’re obviously trying to get more demand into the pipeline.
other cars mentioned above are barely a footnote in a a global sales context, and are one of many many models produced by that manufacturer.

Pulled the trigger anyway after having it for a day to test drive. Great car! My est delivery is June but I know there’s a shipment coming in a few weeks so assuming I’m missing that. How often do Tesla shipments typically come in?
June then September normally. With the new one being built in Germany, that may change going forward though.

So after buying a Model 3 at the peak of prices, and failing to get a decent trade in offer with Tesla, i've decided not to buy new.
I'm on the way shortly to pick up my new (to me) 23 MY LR in red, which i think i'm getting a pretty good deal on.
Test drove the Y this morning, for me a better package than the BYD sealion or xpeng g6 and the low finance rate makes it very competitive also.
Think I'd go lr rwd with white interior so it's that spec in either stealth grey or black with the 20s or in quicksilver with the 19s, leaning towards quicksilver.
I’m actually surprised you liked the MY over the BYD or G6 with your car history generally veering towards the German stuff. It’s the reason I didn’t post much in response to your queries just yet, you really need to drive it yourself and see how you react to it.
Stealth grey would be my choice between that or black but QS would be my choice out of all 3.
I was very impressed the juniper is a step up on the older model ys and 3s I've been in (As is the highland I'm sure). It's a pretty germanic drive with the steering weight and the revised suspension. Pretty impressive package imo
Hi all. I recently purchased the Model Y Juniper. I've been told I won't get one from the incoming June shipment as they are all taken. I'm doing a trade in and my 30 days is most likely going to expire before I get the car.
I had suggested I hold off getting the quote until I have a delivery date, especially as it was never going to be within the next 30 days. But I was told I should go ahead anyway and then resubmit when it expires. I was worried about the message on the app saying I needed to complete the pre-delivery tasks to avoid delays, so I went ahead and submitted my trade-in details.
Does anyone know what happens when you resubmit your trade in a 2nd time? Is it back to square one, goes to auction for best price wins? Or does the original purchaser just agree to extend? I'm worried I won't get the same offer 2nd time. Maybe those who were in the bid won't bid again and the interested party will look to resubmit a lower bid. But maybe I misunderstand how it works.
Makes no difference. You’ll keep you place and the only difference is that you’ll have to decide if trading in or not.
Thanks, so when it expires I can leave it until I have a delivery date and then resubmit within the 30 days to make sure the quote is final?
