Wow, you gotta admire the all in attitude of the owners on the diner theme! Not quite sure what the theme of the rest of the house is though….
Advertised as a three bedroom house.
"Storage area" is way too small to class as a bedroom.
Shake dog is temu eddie rockets.
But with worse food.
to be fair, the design of eddie rockets isn't exactly original. if you did want to recreate a classic american diner look, it's going to look like eddie rockets either way.
There's a lot going on there. The decor is definitely not to my taste but the diner style set up, did make me laugh. 😁
A relative showed it to me at the weekend, it was only when I looked again today that I noticed the cushions on the diner seating are a big burger and a pizza slice which made me laugh too 😂
It's a box room that they are using as a walk in wardrobe, they fit a single bed and not a whole lot more
At least there is plenty of space to build an extension in the future with that Blanchardstown house.
Just spotted in Pic 8 the TV has a picture frame around it and then picture frames on the wall have noting in them. The fake fire on the bedroom wall also looks odd. Why ? Also the painting between the wall and ceiling looks like a very DIY job.
155K for that. So f-ing depressing.

The cottage has a wondering chique appearance, that fits perfectly. Eh? 🤣
Sliding door for the bathroom gets in the way where the TV should be 😂 . It wouldn't be the worse place to rent all the same for a year or so but a permanent home not a hope.
I just can't figure what 'wondering chique' was meant to be. 😁
A bathroom with a barn door and no window directly off the living room? And that stair rail is not up to standard either.
Doing the limbo going to bed also!
Don't know the area but my first reaction was that's not too bad of a price. It can't be ridiculously overpriced can it?
Maybe it was the two pre-teens screaming at each other as I was looking at it, but I also thought that with a little bit of work, it could be a lovely little cottage for a young couple or someone on their own.
I'm not able to make any judgement on the price, not knowing the area etc. but I'd be very happy with something tiny like that. As I've got older I've realised that my junk expands to fit the available space. Something just big enough for myself (and the cat!) will do fine.
Fantastic location and lovely house

I agree, hard to find fault.....but I found one!
The windows are a total distraction, dark on the inside and small panes, I understand they went for the original type sash windows, but it would be better with single pane windows, imo.
But it's a beautiful house and fabulous location.
Beautiful home, I'd imagine that beach gets busy in the summer months it's just up the road from Marble Hill holiday park - I'm assuming that's a caravan/camp site
Albert Reynolds Sons place, only 8 million. Some pad though.

Sold a lot of dog food……
is it just me or is it impossible to look at properties on daft without ads kicking you back to the start. I usually look at properties on my home.ie. Surely the ads can’t be that beneficial for daft if the website is unworkable.
I wanted to see the dog house! 😭
Gigantic bang of Southfork off that.
8 mil. and no ballroom!
That's exactly what I thought, lovely for single person or older couple who are downsizing. As you get older you'll see the absolute need for an upstairs bathroom if that's where the bedrooms are so that would need to be added. That's my only fault with it but the bedroom is large enough to put one in.
I could live there.
I really couldn't. Couldn't cope with the size of it, I'm thinking either I would spend my days cleaning (which I hate) or have to deal with employing people cluttering the place up and cleaning for me. Also it would bother me trying to work out where to sit of an evening.
In another life.
