I suppose he's not as prominent in the media as the mother. He isn't in a lot of the videos, while she is, and she's usually screeching her head off in them and the rest just parrot what she says - leads to the impression that she's the brains of it all. Which could be an entirely false perspective of course. And when the chips have been down in the past he's shown himself to be as as stubborn and uncompromising as the rest of them.
So, seen the today's article on RTE about the Burkes latest outburst in court, it's like groundhog day with them.
While the Burkes have to be wrestled out of court, a man stands up and asks to make a submission.
Anyone here have any idea of who this guy is? Pretty sure I've read about this happening in court on several occasions.

Presumably because he's too busy driving Enoch to and from the school and editing all the videos he takes. Fwiw, I'm absolutely of the opinion that he's as bad as she is. I just don't understand why a certain cohort seem determined to paint her as the sole instigator of every bit of trouble they cause. There's a pair of them in it and the kids hadn't a hope, imo.

But as for the courtroom and confrontation videos, she takes the more prominent role as chief screecher so she get's more focus.
Easter break means he has a fortnight at home. Only 4-5 weeks left in secondary schools after that.

In August 2022, Wilson’s Hospital School secured a temporary High Court injunction preventing Enoch Burke from either attending at its premises or from teaching any classes at the school. Since that date, the High Court made the injunction permanent.
AFAIK, the injunction wording "attending at it's premises" includes his presence outside the school gates. It seems there is no difference in the courts eyes of his standing outside the gates or entering the grounds. The fines apply when he disobeys the injunction NOT TO ATTEND at WHS.

He is fined whether he is inside or outside; but he is going inside constantly including trying to enter "his" classroom. Reported in many of the recent court reports.

I see that his latest court appearance barely made a mention on the 9 o'clock news tonight. No video from the court was shown, just mainly reporting on the negative things the judge said about him. His 'auld one will not be happy!.

I take it that Enoch is effectively broke now. What an idiot. Imagine having 40k all the nice things one could do or buy and yet he wastes his life being stupid and now he is broke. No ones fault but his own. Brought it all on himself. A few years on the streets maybe would do him good.

At this stage, nobody would employ them because of the fear of what may well happen.

There is the tiniest chance of a wealthy, hard right religious family hiring him as a tutor but I'm sure something would come up there too.
I heard (albeit third or fourth hand) that the family is doing a 'roaring trade' on private grinds to locals around Castlebar. So some of them have a bit of dosh still coming in!.

Wilson’s hospital school Vs Enoch Burke.
The court order was to not trespass on school property. The curtilage of the school property ends at the wall and gate boundary. Landregistry will show the boundary as the centre of the road, but anything outside the gate is public, otherwise anyone travelling the road would be trespassing. The original fine 93.100 (133 occasions) was revised down to 79.100 (113 days).
The wording of the order was a fine for each day he trespassed, not for each occasion. Apparently he trespassed more than once on some days. The school must be keeping tally.
If as you say he was being fined whether inside or outside the gate the fine would have much more than 80k.
