Clare down to 14 for the last 15 min, Cork 1 behind
If they up their game they should win this game. They've been very poor and are only a few points down.
V poor first half display.
Lucky to be only 3 points down at HT as Clare v wasteful.
Lack of intensity around the middle
U20s barely hanging in there. 2nd to every ball so far. Lucky to be only 3 points down. Goalkeeper in particular is poor. He has been responsible for 2 points conceded so far.
We are losing in midfield so far every time and Clare should be way further ahead, I am amazed this hasnt been addressed by management as I could see a midfield problem after 10 mins. Pitch isn't great but its the same for both teams
Has anyone got experience of bringing a 5 year old onto the Blackrock Terrace recently? Any recommendations of where is best for them to get a vantage point in there?
There's currently Blackrock End tickets back on Ticketmaster for anyone looking.
Edit: Gone again.
The Cork U20 Hurling team to play Clare in the O’Neills.com Munster U20 hurling championship round 1 at Sixmilebridge on Wednesday 26th March has been announced;
Should they play ot up?
The Cork Management want to win the league final, you can be certain of that.
You can also be certain that Liam is the season long goal.
Erra I won't bother. They will be thinking I am an ungrateful bastard and I should be glad to get any type of ticket at all 😀
Definitely worth contacting tickets@gaa.ie about this.
Let us know what they say as I'm interested in what happened here.
Anyone else think the downplaying by the Cork Mgmt of being in a league final is a tad disrespectful?
I mean 45,000 fans think its a match worth going to....
I got no choice. I only redeemed them today. But I would have thought a season ticket meant a guaranteed stand ticket for every final your county play in (League final, Munster final or AI final) .
Did you get any choice for your tickets?
What time did you redeem them?
Maybe you literally got the last stand ticket and then your other season ticket had to be terrace? But I would have thought that there would be a guaranteed stand ticket for each season ticket!!
Yeah they are under the one account. Every time I downloaded tickets before on my season ticket the two tickets were side by side (including for the AI final last year)
Are your season tickets under the same account?
I was able to select where I wanted my tickets to be, I had the option of the Blackrock terrace or North Stand.
I downloaded my season tickets for the league final (I have two) but the two tickets were for separate locations; one was for the North Stand and the other was for the Blackrock terrace. I'm not complaining, I'm glad to get them. Just surprised they are not both for the stand. Did anyone else with two season tickets have the same issue?
It would be a top venue if the location was better, its a terrible bottleneck.
you can’t beat PuC when it’s full and full of rebels! Fantastic stadium! The game against Limerick last year proved it’s worth as a top venue
won’t be far off the 41,000 I’d say. Weather looks good going forward too
Typical GAA clowns.
Could have waited a day and announced it properly.
Got 2 x City End Terrace
Ticketmaster horrible to use on phone when panicking trying to secure seats. Way better on laptop/computer
Both stands sold out in around 25 minutes.
Tickets secured - they are absolutely flying out
Tickets On Sale at 4.30 TODAY !!
Yes it's confirmed about Brian Hayes that he got a scan and no serious damage. Out for a few weeks but should be ready for Championship. Phew!
league final sunday 6th at 4pm in PUC.
Preceded by 1B final at 1:45
Hearing Hayes did no serious damage and should be okay for championship! 🤞
I wouldn't risk him for the league final.
Especially when there are lads like Connelly who badly need game time!
How will cork deal being without Hayes for the league final and beyond?
Connolly full forward? harnedy would be an option there too. Dalton seemed to be corner forward last night. Roche has some workrate. I guess you need that balance.
Good win for the footballers there away to Cavan. That should be enough for us to avoid going into the Tailteann cup now.
A great win in Cavan on what looked like a beach of a pitch and strong wind.
They’d put years on you watching them 😅 Division 2 is their level, and if they have any notions of competing consistently with Division 1 sides, they have to be ruthless for goals. 2 butchered in 1st half, another 3 or 4 went for point when goal was very much on.
Is there still a sequence of events where they can end up in Tailteann Cup if they don’t reach Munster final.
