Its such a bodge-up it doesn't really matter. Though the picture is neither centred over the fireplace nor the mantle.
The main house in Deansgrange has a little bolthouse in the country.
That living room is tremendous! And the hallway/stairs too
The pub beside it is an absolute gem!
Ironically, like the double address of the property next door... the owner (maybe previous owner) of the pub was also known for being in a few locations at the same time in his role as school principal, publican, and funeral director.
Wow the typewriter is amazing and looks so clean as if it is still used!
That house is very very similar to Graham Dwyer's house.
Enjoyed looking through those photos.
Estate agent needs to make a better effort though - 'with an envious large southwest facing rear garden'. I presume they mean enviable.
Maybe it's raging the grass is greener on the other side.
Maybe! 😁
A former water tower that was on Grand Designs! I'd love being on the roof.

That's a lot of house for that money. I know £1.4m is a big price but it's really nice and very unusual if you had the money.
I remember that episode!
That's really cool but I don't like the huge mirror wall beside the toilet.
I wouldn't like to be looking at myself while "taking care of business" and scrolling on the phone.
Does anyone remember what it cost all in at the time on Grand Designs??
Probably a question for this thread:
What's the etiquette here?? - Page 337 — boards.ie - Now Ye're Talkin'
But to answer your question, sometimes the bathroom is my only place of solitude :-)
As above alot of house for the money
On first glance i thought it was a Childcare Facility or a Community Centre….
Castle Street, Cloghan, Co. Offaly, R42AP66 is for sale on Daft.ie
That's what I thought too, sitting looking at your own poo face. 🤣
I agree the outside does look like some sort of community centre but I like the interior. The kitchen units are the only thing that really doesn't work. Quite a few nice little details in the general interior of hand made units and stuff. I would have to put some frosting on the lower parts of the window as there is very little privacy. Price seems good too.
I'm sold, clever panty unit and also the dinning area!.
No, doesn't appeal at all, I especially don't like the floor in the kitchen/dining room.
The walk in closet being partially visible either side of the bed is very off putting too.
Panty Bliss must be the new bungalow bliss. Gotta get me some.
I do too, didn't they practically go bankrupt doing it?
Here is a thread on it on Reddit…. originally listed for over £6 mil in 2018 😲

Don't they always?
I don't think I've ever seen one coming in at or under budget!
There was one recently, the budget was pretty good to start with but they got worried about costs and interest and finished it ahead of time and under budget by cutting back and finishing it themselves.
Apparently about three quarters of houses go over budget.
I really want the see the brick ceiling.
Brick effect wallpaper.
Photo 9, i could not live with that aspect (ratio)
The Grange, The Grange, Piperstown, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92P9K0 is for sale on Daft.ie
Some of the Furniture looks totally lost, like the little Crying toilet in photo 10
