Some are good some are bad, the high protein bars are 23g Protein for 180 cals (better than on brand protein wise) VS the high protein ice cream bars which are 5g protein for 150 cals
Just do the research individually for yourself, I think the best protein item anywhere is the high protein coffee, €1.10 for 20g P 110 cals and just tastes like the regular version. The high protein puddings are great too
It never offered me anything veggie when the discounts were reasonable. Now they're giving me this "bargain" 🙄.
Did anyone find this in the local lidl store?
Not seen. Chocolate is an extreme luxury these days
How much was it? That Dubai stuff will sell for pretty much any price given the Instagram interest.
There was loads in mine. €4.99.
Just got my first free pastry scratch in about 2 months, and yet another 30% off red hen.
I spent a few tenners there recently
50% off "Prawn Shells" (ie Skips) or cheese straw things
Pastry
The ubiquitous Red Hen 🙄
50% off Henry Hippos or whole nut chocolate bar
Wife came back from Lidl yesterday, she is rarely the shopper (no car) but on her return, first thing she said was 'Lidls very expensive'.
Yes, it is. Theyve really lost the plot price wise. It is definitely cheaper to go to dunnes and use the 10 off 50.
App is literally insulting at this stage its so bad.
Those Prawn Shells are a crime against humanity… theyre awful.

Dunnes, Tesco and Supervalu have increased market share in the past year, unlike Lidl and Aldi. It's interesting to pull the comparison date further, say to March 2021. Dunnes have really powered ahead. I think Lidl is content just to hang on to it's existing market share.
They're still selling Quality Street tubs @ €3.99 (apparently 20% off). And this made me laugh - Christmas stock moved over to the easter section and available "while stocks last"
Any discount on them? Those dark choc peanut clusters are GORGEOUS (and very addictive so I have to limit my buying of them)
Got one of the 'Russel Hobbs' pans there earlier as needed one, actually seems to be fairly good quality so good price @€12 with the 20% app discount if anyone needs one, there are also two smaller sizes available.
I think 20% off but didn't take a big enough picture, sorry!
I just got a notification about this.
Looks like everyone got it, they must be desperate to get rid of that leftover Xmas chocolate, but not desperate enough to just discount the actual price but instead give us this convulted 'reward scheme' of only 10% back on a €25 spend! Not forgetting the free pastry of course! 😂🤣
To be fair, they all have the bags of quality street still up here, 2.99 i think in aldi. Bad year for them last Christmas apparently.
My favourite change they made to the app is to remove the price on all those 20% off qpons theu give us. Making me do math in a shop is just rude, especially when they did it for me a couple of months ago.
I misunderstood this offer, when i saw the 'just for you' I thought it was a freebie. Was disgusted when I went through the till and saw it was only 25% off. My bad for not looking correctly etc. but ffs - so measley. I wouldn't have bothered if I'd known it was still going to cost me nearly €1
15% off on one loose orange
Bargain of the century 😂
🤣 Not long ago they were giving a bag of them as a freebie.
App is now worthless. I don't use it, no point giving them my data for free
3 packs of salmon is still good value for €9 so it’s still worthwhile for some people p
One per customer so you don't lose the run of yourselves
is there no lidl brand oat milk anymore? My local only selling alpro at ridiculous 3.50€ price tag
Havent bought for while... iirc they moved the vedmondo stuff out of fridge to beside ambient gluten free stuff
if they are charging that much and it’s something I wanted I’d be half tempted to make my own, surely it’s oats water and sugar/sweetner
will buy elsewhere but yeh you are right
No it's actually quite time-consuming to make at home, and you need enzymes to break down the starch.
Plenty of cheaper and nicer oat drinks around, the Alpro one doesn't even taste nice.
SV have Alpro and others for €2 at the moment.
