Tried last night and didn't work for me. It reduced the price of the first mug down to €0, but the second one was still being charged at €13.99.
There are a few mugs that aren't included in the promotion, so could have just been that. Try put the one for €13.99 on its own. There was a batman mug I wanted and it wasn't part of the promotion.

my first one arrived today. they come in nice box with a gift message printed inside and out.

Jaysus, the packaging is a bit OTT - 2 separate HUGE boxes for one mug each! But they arrived safe and sound and very quickly (and free) - so I won't be complaining!!

There are some that aren't available for free - I had to go through the link on the voucher, that brought up a page and all of those were free.
