It’s an icon indicating that the left scroll wheel/button is multi functional. ie programmable.
Stupid question here, but can anyone tell me what button 4 does on the steering wheel… i thought it was a programable hotkey but i cant find anywhere in settings what it does, the manual says

There's €4000 off the model 3 in Italy at the moment, you can have an AWD for close enough to the same price as a long range RWD here at €45,974 and €54,474 for the performance, that's over 10k cheaper than here.
