If the ref gives the red card on the pitch it's for the game. If it's a bunker yellow that gets upgraded, it's 20 minutes.

The reffing in this game has been fine. The Lowe incident was just unfortunate based on what was called on the field.
How the hell after having an extra man for 30 minutes against an Italian team who have conceded 18 tries in the last two games are this Irish team literally hanging on for dear life…
