Starting a thread for 2025 gigs as they'll likely start rolling in.
I'll arbitrarily throw in Rob Beckett playing the Olympia on the 26th September 2025 which went on sale today.
Was kinda hoping that we might get a warm up date like some bands do. Not full arena production etc
Niceone … I'll be there. Great live
Academy and Olympia are fairly close in capacity
About 900 vs 1200
and the last tour was off the back of a newer album that obviously didnt do well
this tour is coming off the back of them supporting Oasis in Croker and the 30th anniversary of the album that people know
Another gig is being lined up for the Dreamland Ballroom in Athy, not aware of who it is yet but it is happening, after two sellout big gigs (Johnny Marr and Bob Geldof) hoping to see another good lineup for it
Olympia is 1600 when standing downstairs and academy main room is 800 or so
They might sell it fairly well then, probably about 75% full at least, especially coming off the back of supporting Oasis
Saw them supporting Liam Gallagher and will be seeing them supporting Oasis, a great live act, especially with it being the anniversary of that album, im hopeful itll sell decent
might be one of those gigs that doesent sell out until a week or so before the gig itself
or it could be easily standing and circle only show with reduced capacity of 1000 ish
Have never heard of any of these 3 bands, all playing at each of their 8 Ireland gigs, but will try this one, as they all sound good:
Cola (Canadian Band)
M(H)aol (Irish Band, pronounced "male")
Junk Drawer (Belfast Band)
Saw them up at Belsonic in the summer and they were unbelievable, can't wait to see them tomorrow night as soon as Break Stuff starts it'll go mental 😂😂
Counting Crows - October 21st 3Arena
That's a pity, i was hoping Pastel would play their own gig here as i'd like to check them out live, even if they do make me feel ancient.
The fun bit is it looks like they're playing it twice! Looks like about 12/13 songs, few of them are covers, and then add I a repeated song...bizarre stuff

Wow, barely more than the price of a pint.
Mhaol make a great racket! I see they're playing in Sandinos in Derry. Might try to go.
I'm all for these showcases. More of this sort of thing.
Gillian Welch and David Rawlings playing Vicar Street on 22nd and 23rd October
Pals have told me that they're a superb live act. Anyone here seen them?
Big news Eod! Where did you get that? Don't see it up anywhere?
It's on Aiken's twitter and Instagram and artist's site. Seems it was announced at 10am this morning but only spotted it now so was surprised it wasn't posted already!
It was very good last year and there's some cracking bands in that list.
If the Limp Bizkit times are the exact same as Glasgow I'll be leaving before the encore to get the 11pm bus as apparently LB didn't come on till 9.45 and off by 11
Yes.. twice in Vicar St. and once in The Board Gais. Do not miss this opportunity! (I sound like a tout). Each performance was sublime! I'm not saying this from a 'fanboy' point of view. I think there's only half a dozen gigs on this European tour and two of them are in Dublin so treat yourself.
Mc Gregor posted on instagram he is their which is a shame as I don't really want to be in an arena with that kind of people.
I hate London, I hate Camden, but I love the roundhouse and I love this lineup.......
Yea spotted that, may need to pack a chainsaw 😉😉.
I think 3 Arena gigs need to be over at 22:45 so I would assume they'll be on approx. 9:20pm or so.
It's such a strange combination.
I wonder is he about to sign them to his label.
He's such an obnoxious gowl.
