Putting looks slick. Was wondering if it’s new because if he putts like that at Augusta he would be a real contender this time. His irons are dialled and he looks extremely comfortable with the driver.

He's had putting performances like this in Bayhill before hasn't he? Generally he's streaky, when on one, he makes a serious amount of footage
Don’t know exactly but there was a couple of tournaments he rolled in allot of putts and they stopped rolling on the Sunday.

The bad round resurfaced unfortunately. He Syed calm though which was good to see. Hopefully he can have a round like Friday and get back in it.

For most of it but it was effecting come near the end. I didn’t hear anything from him after the round but in general I think his game suffers a bit when leading.
With the talent he has his win success is really poor. I know he has a major but he really should have so more many wins.
He's earned a lot in prizemoney so far this year, $700,000 for 7th place today.
Up to 10th in the Fedex Standings and 14th in OWGR.
Up to 14 in the world rankings is fantastic, considering he was 27th at end of 2024

It seems like he has been experimenting with a few different drivers.
I have a feeling he's going to go very well in the players. Tee to green and approach play are very important and he's been top class in those departments, the other crucial thing is around the green and that's what makes him a very serious contender for me.
For me the OWGR don't count anymore.
Half the top 50 players in the world are excluded so it tells you very little imo.
