Starting a thread for 2025 gigs as they'll likely start rolling in.
I'll arbitrarily throw in Rob Beckett playing the Olympia on the 26th September 2025 which went on sale today.
Doors for Limp Bizkit next week in the 3Arena is now 6pm instead of 5.30pm.
I saw Touts (and apparently Phoebe Bridgers) at this gig in Belfast back in 2018. It was a great lineup. Only went on the Friday. They really impressed me, great energy and they had the crowd absolutely bouncing considering how early in the day it was. It's a pity they weren't bigger.

Don't remember that. Very random lineups but very good mind you!
God I don't remember that at all, great lineup!
Bilk have been on my playlist for years. They’re playing Workman’s on 29th March. We can all chant Billy Big Bollox together! 😝 https://open.spotify.com/track/6rLJ8DeLPrqb8oJFmGT5c7?si=OgJV2M6oR4qA0v60AQcMAw
Apologies in advance but seeing as there was talk of earbuds for gigs can I throw in an ask about earbuds recommendations? I've checked the thread in Boards that's for headphones and doesn't seem very lively. Looking for really solid recommendation for earbuds that have long in life battery (6+ hours ideally), decent noise cancelling, are comfortable and most of all dependable. I wouldn't go as far as saying money is no object but if really dependable I'm happy to spend money on them. Will use them for running, walking and commuting (so ruling out the Shokz headphones). I've bought Sennheiser in the past and had issues. Have Mifo 5 Gen 2 at the moment and while I was really happy with them the sound in right ear is a bit tempremental now unfortunately.
Not a recommendation per se, but these were mentioned yesterday in the Amazon thread...
I've Anker overear headphones and they're great, so I'd guess these are decent...
I use these ones, pretty good too.

On offer presently.
Almost went, I remember it being very cheap, circa £45 for the two days. Watched the footage live on BBC, blazing sunshine (with H&W and the Titanic centre in the background) with huge regrets. Looked pretty special.
Weather was great, good day out
And wasn't it circa £20/£22 a day, definitely less than £50 for the weekend? What a bargain. At least a dozen of the acts could have charged that for a standalone set.
Yeah super cheap. Thanks BBC
I see CEO of Failte Ireland, Paul Kelly, has resigned and taken on the role of CEO of the RDS. There was talk on the radio recently about their plans to build a 20,000 capacity indoor venue…….
the rds is a trade fair, showjumping and Leinster rugby venue. Ceo of failte moving to ceo Role makes perfect sense. Nothing else to inferred from it. Live nation easily do 70% of arena shows in Dublin, any such new venue would need live nation on board and their roster. Which is unlikely given ownership of 3 arena.
yeah, I thought we paid £10 for a one day ticket. Was brilliant but I don’t remember pheobe bridges or touts or fr John misty. I wonder were we late?
First time see public service broadcasting. They were excellent. I was queuing for drink when they came on and hightailed back as quick as I could.
Seems like a serious demotion.
Five are announcing something for Ireland at 10am, assuming it's a 3Arena gig
Richie from Babylon 5
BBC at the Titanic was £22.50 per day. £18 + £4.50 service charge. Father John Misty opened the main stage on Friday at 1pm. Touts and Phoebe were 1st and 2nd on the small '6 Music' stage on Friday, starting at 1.15pm.
yep! Just found the tickets. £45 still excellent value
Anyone going to Tindersticks next weekend?
I used to listen them quite a bit but totally fell off and probably haven't seen them since The Hungry Saw era.
Setlist is very much The New Record but I'm quite enjoying the album. Just not keen on sitting on the Olympia's temporary seats.
Any names mentioned yet for Boucher Road in Belfast? Think there's still one show to be announced there!
Final show being announced soon enough. Irish act
Five shows announced
Where did you see that it's an Irish act?
Looks like just two to me.
🤭
Sake, I wanted to be the one with that comment
