Anyone watching this?
It's on BBC iplayer, finding it rather entertaining if you're stuck for a random binge watch!
But will the contestants be influencers and the like?
God I hope not. This years traitors definitely not as good on BBC too many young people and influencers. You want normally people the mammy, grandfather etc that's what makes it so good.
Linda was one of best characters this year because she probably reminded us all of someone older we knew.
The BBC repeat airing of the US Version is been pushed later into the night. Not on till 01:10 tonight! I know I could probably record it. But not really bothered!
It's on at 9pm on Fridays?
Thanks but that was the time slot for UK version and I don't have BBC 3 for US Version. And the episodes air on few nights?
Well worth recording, this season is so much better than the english one, I actually thought the english one was fairly rubbish this year, couldn't recommend the US version enough.
How does is compare to US series one? That's the only one I've seen, and I thought it was ok.
Watched 3 episodes of the US version and hated it. All Z list reality stars with massive egos who care more about fame than the actual game
It does get an awful lot better. I hated it initially but Alan Cumming is amazing in it and some.of the backstabbing is brilliant as it progresses
Harry from last year was offered big money to be in Celebrity Big Brother and turned it down.
Alexander Dragonetti is joining Classic FM to host a new Friday night show
New show coming to Netflix called Million Dollar Secret on March 26 that's supposed to be something like The Traitors.
Might be worth a look.
The brilliant Peter Serafinowicz deserves better than to host this..
Netflix are probably paying him a sh1tload of money so I think he will be OK.
I love the host
ITV did exact same show last year called Fortune Hotel - trying to hide who has the money, and you can steal it (or maybe this one is a bit different but damn looks the exact same with more money spent)
Anyone watching this Netflix show - can't see a thread for it.
It's entertaining enough, absolutely nothing original about it but at least its ordinary people playing
Oh BTW a million dollars doesn't take up much room!
The Traitors Ireland has started filming in Slane Castle apparently.
50k maximum isn’t exactly stunning money. I like Siobhan McSweeny though. There’s always just a bit of me that just thinks RTE will not do a good job of these things.
Don't know if you've been reading the news but our public broadcaster is not in a good place financially..
.. I'm surprised it wasn't 10K.
If you are a fan of the Traitors - are you aware that we play this game here on Boards?
This is the one that finished last night, if you want to check it out.
If you like what you see you can sign up to the next one:
There seems to be enough money to still pay bog standard presenters between 200 and 300 k a year when none of them should be on more than 100 k
BBC Celebrity Traitors - coming this Autumn.
I love this show so really hope this is up to scratch and also hope they fix some of the really bad decisions of Traitors S3 in time for S4
Saw the ad earlier.
Seems a lot of celebs - 19 I counted in photo frames.
Definitely will be the full 3 weeks.
EDIT: Maybe not, BBC are indicating "9 part series" whereas regular non-celeb series are 12 episodes.
Very promising lineup to be fair - looking forward to the likes of Stephen Fry and Joe Wilkinson particularly.
Good lineup - at least its not Z-listers or social media "stars"
Refreshing change from "Celebrity" Big Brother, or even The Traitors US.
I can't wait
It will be very interesting to see how they play it. Bring it on!
Give it another two years… then they'll have to start packing the show with the usual "Who's who of who?"
Didn't see a thread on the New Zealand version but their second series starts on BBC3 on Monday.
