I have been saying this for months now. The time to handle Enoch and the rest of the nutjobs in his family with kid gloves should have stopped a long time ago.
The justice system must start enforcement proceedings on the fines that Enoch owns. He won't have the money, so start seizing assets. If he doesn't have the assets, then lock him up for a period until he actually shows some contrition and renounces his extremist views.
That time went quickly. It ended up about 6 weeks, with remission.
Don't suppose you'd like to point out what part of the justice system requires people to show contrition and change their views?
I can't understand why an attachment order hasn't already been sought to garnish the salary he has received and continues to receive, since the fines started to accumulate.
If he wants to keep up the family tradition he'll have to assault another Guard on Monday so he can be put back in.
He'll probably be back on driving duties on Tuesday.

I see an article in the Independent today about Pat McDonagh of Supermac fame.
He makes a valid point about the treatment of Enoch Burke compared to the treatment of other thugs and criminals who are running amuck throughout rural Ireland.
Theses thugs seem to be immune from prosecution, thanks to state Helan McEntee has left the Gardai and the country.
it wasn’t Helen who wrecked the justice system. It’s been a disgrace for years. I suppose it was Stephen Donnelley who wrecked the HSE sure!
Did McDonagh ever find out who wrote all those illegal, fake planning complaints about his competitor's development?

Not valid at all. Enoch was committed for breach of an injunction, not criminal conduct. Of all the people McDonagh could use to illustrate his point, he picks a creep who keeps trying to run into a school full of children that he hasn’t worked at for years to ‘report for work’.
McDonagh would be singing a different tune if he’d sacked him and he kept trying to hop the counter everyday to work the deep fryer again.
