251DL35, post up what you have seen 251 wise
Oh Wow. That's crazy and nuts.
One of my neighbours did too.
At that price, the ID3 GTX is a very viable alternative to an m3 SR for sure
VW obviously haven’t made a mistake and this is an intentional outlier pricing strategy - I wonder are they just using a small market to test their pricing
watched a video from Volkswizard in UK on the id3 GTX
He said it’s 3k sterling more expensive than Golf GTI clubsport there. I think clubsport is 20k plus more expensive here. mad diffference.
251-C Duster 4x4. Surprisingly good looking thing.
Came from a 58kw id3 1st. Drove it home from the garage and it's parked up since. First impression is very good but I'll post more info when I have it
I collected one last week. Missing a few toys but the range is great and there is so much power. The price is correct, the same car in Germany costs €48000. This is mine
Very nice. Well wear.
we stayed with a golf last year (5th one) just because there wasn’t a viable ID3 for our needs, but the GTX has super range for that price, would be ideal. Hopefully it stays that price for the next year or two 😀
Picked up mine Wednesday, will take a while to get used to all the new stuff but very happy with it.
looks good . like new tiguin
Nice lines on that Liam, well wear! Is it an ID 3?
Saw my first 251, W reg I think. Black Porsche, some sort of SUV thing.
Yes Id3 GTX think it was one of the first ones registered. Had a drive today from Meath to Clare, absolutely love it.
Finally saw decent cars in Cork..251D panamera and 251 C Merc Gls400D
will be interesting to see the January figures on Tuesday I guess?
Yes for those who don't already know. They are available at start of each month on simi car statistics website
Saw a Merc e220 and a Hyundai Ioniq 5 yesterday.
Saw plenty last few days. A Volvo SUV, a big BMW and some brand I didn't recognise among them
Seen a good few Tucsons. They really do look very bland now too many of them on the road.
Like all Audis and BMWs so...
251 C Cayenne . Porsches nowadays are like mercs and bmws were before the celtic tiger in Ireland becoming a common site even outside of Dublin and lost a bit of the exclusivity.
I saw a 251 cayenne yesterday too.
based on nothing but my immediate area, it feels like car sales are up a little this year. It feels like there’s plenty 251’s about.
I’m going to go out on a limb too and say that EV marketshare won’t be higher than Jan 2024 - I Haven’t seen many 251, if any, of this top 10 EVs from Jan last year:
Figures should be out tomorrow . We will see
One Of my neighbours has a brand new Leaf and the other a brand new Kia Niro lucky feckers so I have seen a couple of new electric cars this year.
Lucky ? Fairly boring cars
I’ve seen a 252 Leaf locally too actually, but didn’t realise Nissan were even still selling it, so volumes will be low you’d think.
All will be revealed tomorrow around noon :)
By all accounts, egg-shaped medium family SUVs will dominate again.
I seen a white 251 Dacia Duster in my local Tesco carport. Did not get to take a pic but it was OY reg
Surely with it being Feb, 251s are a dime a dozen and this thread is pretty redundant 😄
Having said that I'm picking up my own on Weds 😁
What are you getting?
Dublin is up past 12000 at least so far.
Interested to see breakdown of what is being registered when it's updated tomorrow.
3 Series Touring 🙂
Seen a few 251 EV's the past few days. A couple of leafs, Seal, Ioniq 6 and ID4 to name a few.
Still waiting for the 1st Inster, not sure if delivery has started yet but they'll surely be high up the list later this year.
