It works even if you have an account and had a free trial previously.
I just added it to my account. I had to approve twice in my Bank of Ireland app for some reason but you don't get charged so all good.

Nice one thanks I must apply this in coming days so. Hopefully it works as I am currently on 1 month trial but using another account. I actually nearly find Apple one of the best streamers so another 3 months would be nice, not sure have I actually ever paid for it mind!!
I couldn't see the offer when I went into the apple app initially. Then I went into the playstation store, and got notified I needed to install an update. After that was done, the apple offer showed up when I checked back.
Yeah was using the QR code, after signing in it just asked if I wanted to sign up for 9.99/month 🤷
Yeah I had some issues. The login page is not clear but I think it only works using the QR code/entering the code at link.apple.com. At first I was logging in expecting it to prompt to say that I was going to get the offer but like you say, it didn't. I ended up using the code on the screen. The first time it just offered me 9.99 pm as I'd already logged in but I rebooted the PS4, got a new linking code and at the 2nd attempt it amazingly worked.
I had to squint my eyes on the TV screen it is definitely 3/2/2025. You can't stack these Apple TV free trials and has been reported by alot of people here there also appears to be a block for a short period of time from applying a new free trial if you have recently availed of another trial
Tried this last night and couldn't get it to work. Just was never given the option of 3 months free when I signed in on the playstation and there didn't appear to be a way to manually claim the offer. Was using my wife's apple account too so not the same account I'd already claimed the one month free on.
I tried the Severance offer link yesterday and got that I was not eligible, but just tried it again now and it worked! Thanks @Roberto_gas for the link

Where did you see the end date on this promotion? Have it as well and kept putting it off and getting other free 1 months here and there and was tempted to take this new one that was listed above. I assume they won't stack to make 4 months which would be lovely!!
Thank you for reminding me! Availed of this now, 3 free months ahead of me, so that'll cover all of Severence Season 2 and then some :-)

Worked for me and I had the two months free prior to Christmas too. Watched the first episode of Severance Season 2 which I thought was an excellent show when I watched it two years ago... not really sure what's going on now, have forgotten most of it.
Not working for me even new account (trial is now 7 days only).
Anyone have maybe spare account to share for month so can finish Shrinking
