Great shout, Betfair A/C looking healthy again thanks to you 🙂
Good stuff 😎😎
super tipping Callaway pal
Hope you landed a solid touch there, fantastic call. You'll be a marked man after that for the peripheral GAA games, if not already! Super stuff!
Gone with Armagh/Draw and Galway/Draw HT.FT for this afternoon
Half an after time here but backed the hurling football draw double last week so have a 60/1 sweat on the football today. Have my 2nd biggest wager ever on it and will be my biggest ever win if it comes in. Fingers crossed.
oh ffs
Ouch
Best of luck, massive chance at the moment
what’s the stake just out of interest haha
Enough for me and an amount I'm happy to lose
fair enough , best of luck
Ouch. Been a long time since I had any sweat like that. Hectic finish.
What's another year, this time Abbeydorney have not won Kerry hurling title with 50 years ,they face a very young Ballyduff side and I think Abbeudorneys hunger will win the day. A small punt on Abbeydorney to win at 2.88 on PP
Good shout.
hi all, always followed this group down through the years. Some gems of tips. Pity it has gone quiet during lucrative club season. Sorry for not contributing. Me (Donegal) an approximately 10 lads from other parts of country are in a telegram group where we share our thoughts. Hit me up if you’re interested in joining
@callaway92 Any fancies for opening weekend of hurling league this weekend. Difficult for odds compilers to price this week's games as have little to go on.
Ya there was serious value at one stage in Roscommon at 5/1 away to London in the hurling. They’re into 5/2 now so dunno is value fully gone. London haven’t won an opening league match since 2013 so I’d say they’d usually be rusty this time of year.
Longford/Leitrim double in Division 4 I’d kinda have as a cert.
Wicklow away to Sligo too - Sligo on the way backwards whereas Wicklow on way up I feel.
Wicklow or Mayo to win Division 3, slightly leaning towards Wicklow due to Mayo having so many new players in and will have a big focus on trying to win Rackard. Wicklow won’t win Christy Ring so can go all out for league.
Cork’s squad not looking great at all tonight, 5/2 for Meath tonight is tempting.
does anyone try to get a jump on the bookies by betting the team with the wind to lead at halftime? Down 5 up at HT with the wind.
decent tipping fair play
Early weekend picks
Hurling Division 3
Wicklow evens vs London (Boyles). Wicklow are good and had a good start to the league away to Sligo. They’ll be going all out for league as they won’t win Christy Ring. I think they’ll win this division. London were bad against Roscommon by all accounts on a horrible day.
Wicklow/Roscommon double. Roscommon short price at home to Armagh and I expect them to win. Armagh’s first game of league.
Hurling Division 4
Fermanagh to beat Longford 4/5 Boyles. Not priced up elsewhere yet. I’d have Fermanagh 1/2 to be honest. They’re too good for Division 4 and have good coaches.
Hurling Division 2
Derry 2/1 to beat Down - Boyles
Derry underrated in hurling. While Down had a great win last week Derry did their job away to Tyrone. I fancy them here tbh
Fermanagh are evens on PP and are really worth a shot at that price I think. They should be favs - They are a championship level above Longford and I’d give them benefit of the doubt against Louth last week, as that’ll likely be the Rackard Relegation match this year, so neither would’ve wanted to give their hand up.
Longford beat Warwickshire expectedly last week.
Not sure if anyone was following the Racing Post GAA Tips thread in the past, but I've set up a 2025 version here for anyone interested.
Camogie
Tipp 11/4 at home to Kilkenny (Boyles) this Saturday. One of the most bizarre prices I’ve seen in years. This is an absolute lump. Tipp should be at worst 1/2 but I’d nearly have them bigger favs than that.
Strange autocorrect there!
Suspended it seems now!
Ah knew it was too good to be true!
Tipp 11/8 now
any reason for this, going on your earlier posts its still a massive rick?
They’ve been backed into Evens now so the extra value is def gone. However, I have Tipp 1/2 myself so take a bit if you want or maybe double them up with something else!
Camogie - Down 7/2 against Clare worth a few quid. Down had a bad loss to Limerick in their first outing and I could end up with egg on my face for this, but I feel like Clare’s starting front 6 doesn’t look great. Missing in my opinion their best player too (Abby Walsh) who has been playing centre back for them this year so far.
Maybe feels a bit punty, but 7/2 isn’t bad and Clare’s management is a bit meh.
