Anyone watching this?
It's on BBC iplayer, finding it rather entertaining if you're stuck for a random binge watch!
Minah didn't backstab them - she just didn't drown herself to keep them afloat.
I can't see Charlotte survive unless she's next level.
She's been good in the subtle plays and planting seeds, but these are a flock of sheep and a dog with a bone… if Frankie outs her - it will be the first time someone as ever said "I am 100% sure Charlotte is a traitor" and actually been 100% - this will turn every spotlight on Charlotte and I'm not sure she'll stand up to the scrutiny over the course of the day. They'll see she only voted for Minah the night she got banished, I think she only voted Freddy once and that same night he voted for her.
It puts Frankie at risk, but silence does nothing for her either.
If I had complete hindsight - I'd not out her. I'd declare her faithful, hope she confirmed this - get rid of Leanne & Jake. Then, tell Alexander I lied about Charlotte to get rid of more people and increase the prize pool. Me & Alex banish Charlotte, split the money, and then live happily ever after together in a sitcom-style-flat-situation, singing nursery rhymes backwards.
Why would Freddie opt to be murdered? That makes no sense.
He tool the option that gave him a chance of getting further in the game which is the right thing to do. He backed himself as well he should.
Linda did tell her vote her and tbf Minah kept Linda in longer by pushing on a Faithful, Armani got herself out with being cocky, Minah picked the wrong recruit in Charlotte, proved even though quiet with a fake Welsh accident is ruthless
^ The ultimatum scenario of murder-or-be-murdered doesn't make much sense anyways..
.. the only reason to say no would be the notion of pride of being remembered as a faithful.
But it's not like anyone is going to remember you fondly after they're finished tucking into their croissants at breakfast the next morning!
Clearly he was on the chopping block for a good part of the series and people still weren't fully trusting him, I know it gives him a chance but really he was a goner, but if he had played a bit better he might have still been there, but he had no poker face. Around Leanne and around Charlotte, caught in the headlights TBH.
Could he have owned up to Leanne? (do the rules allow this?) and traded in Charlotte? would Leanne believe him that Charlotte was the traitor?
BTW this are just my thoughts, same as everyone here.
Rules of the game is you can't reveal yourself as a traitors during the game. Pretty sure at banishment they don't allow you say if you have just been a traitors also
"There are two cardinal rules they (Traitors) are required to abide by:
He said he panicked and I can fully understand that. I think being a traitor was just not in his nature at all, so in a way, he was probably glad to leave, at that point.
It was great TV when he got caught out in the lie about Minah. He was lovely on Uncloaked, able to laugh at himself.
Here's the voting stuff source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Traitors_%28British_TV_series%29_series_3
Armani 9–3–2–1–1–1–1 (minah's vote could never have saved)
Linda 7–3–2–1 (minah's vote could never have saved)
Minah 4-2-1 (charlottes vote actually made the difference)
Charlotte was made out to be great and camped it up for the TV cameras - but she’s toast - a lot more manipulation by the producers this time as I predicted at the start of the programme
Familiarity breeds contempt - if this season’s traitors looked like it would mirror last years, then fail - that’s what the producers are thinking - that’s why we’re seeing these interventions - I reckon there might be another “rule” or “power” twist this evening - but given the cards, they’ll probably fall roughly where most posters are predicting - it’s very possible Leanne will be revealed as a pretend dumb blonde- whilst participants were fooled last year, I reckon producers want to fool the viewer also this year
Could Alexander make a play to somehow form an alliance with Frankie? They all vote out Charlotte and he tells Frankie he's save her by forming a voting bloc with her. It's her only chance of survival and probably his only chance too. Leanne and Jake hold all the cards otherwise. What happens on two votes each in the final four?
If Leanne and Jake are suspicious of her- why wouldn’t they just vote her off? What possible advantage would they have retaining her?
I meant if Alexander and Frankie both decide to join together and vote for Leanne or Jake causing the votes to be split 2-2. Otherwise they vote off Frankie and then vote off Alexander. It's the only way Alexander and Frankie can save themselves.
Longshot - wouldn’t rule it out but haven’t seen it happening so far- and given Alexander’s approach, and given the fcked up game changer decisions by the producers of the show, I wouldn’t be surprised if Frankie feels she’s been manipulated by Alexander
Yeah, it's unlikely, but if anyone could pull something out of the bag like that it would be him.
It's almost time.
I'd be happy if Alexander wins but think it's the least likely outcome.
Otherwise, Dan Jake for the win.
Best scenario tonight (however unlikely) is Alexander and Francesca sharing the money between them.
If that can't happen, I want Leanne and Jake deciding to end the game with Charlotte. I want to see Leanne's face when she realises she ends up with nothing 😂 Fingers crossed!
Er I hate to break it to you about Dan...
Enjoy everyone 😊
Id honestly be happy for any of them to take the money outside of Leanne and to a lesser extent Jake.
Alexander would be a great winner but he is still in some danger I think....
Heh. Updated it after I realised my mistake. 😀
Wait - she can't tell anyone???
I think she can...but they won't necessarily believe her...
She can, but will they believe her?
There was no onus on the person who choose the participant to reveal who THEY were - so why should the faithful believe Charlotte? There’s no reason to believe Charlotte
Didn't Charlotte say it can't leave this room?
If shes naming Charlotte as a traitor, then Charlotte can turn it around and say that shes being set up and Francesca is the actual traitor, and the people voted off now don't reveal if they were traitors or not
Francescas eyes when they came in....Christ they can surely read that!!!
Could be construed as a bit OTT however..
.. was almost pantomime to be fair.
